I go out of my way to shop at this location.

Thursday when I came in to order flooring i saw a young black man with a beard and mustache and pink baseball cap sitting at the flooring desk on the computer, He did not have an apron on, but I know I seen him working there earlier in the week. I asked about ordering flooring and he told me that he didn't work here. When I said that I saw him working earlier in the week, he just got up and walked away. When I returned the next day I saw him working with the apron on. Why did the young man lie about working at Home Depot? Was it because he didn't want to help me place an order? That is exactly how I took it. Why does Home Depot employ people who is as rude as he was?

Inventory is very good, and the associates happily help me.

I had to go to a different store to get my product. This stores associates are very helpful. Helped me find the product and complete my purchase. Very great experience.

At HD, the people you think would be great at customer service would be the cashiers. My pro cashier Lavinia was awful at it. Her checkout gun was malfunctioning, somehow that got my mother and myself both yelled at for asking what was happening, and I flipped a 50 pound bag of sand to help. Then after being told to put in my card not being asked, I offered my pro account number and got told to just put it in myself. All of this in front of my 9 year old daughter and mom a week from Mother’s Day. The guy returning carts outside was extremely nice though.

My washing machine died yesterday morning so I headed to our Home Depot Store. They had the exact item I needed in stock, and delivery is within a few days. My sales associate was every knowledgeable about the machine, and the transaction was quick. Thank you, Home Depot for making this purchase so pleasant!!

We were happy with the selection of curtain rods and American flags you carry in the store.

Needed an item for a repair project. The employee who called himself Nate the Great took us to what we needed and suggested the best way to do the project. Was very helpful.

Overall I have had all wonderful experiences at this home depot. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Items are easy to find and usually everything is in stock. The facility is clean and everyone is very friendly.

We bought an oven and the appliance specialist went out of her way to help us find the right oven and the best price. She was very caring about our needs!

Mike in the Garden area is amazing to work with! He was so helpful, incredibly nice and I cannot say enough good things about him!

Nate was more than helpful and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for(which was placed in the wrong area of the department). He was extremely friendly and polite. The rest of the store was exactly what you expect in a Home Depot.

I bought 10 bags of mulch and an older man bought 20 and we had asked multiple times for help from the staff with loading and no one came for 20 minutes. We loaded all the bags ourselves and this man who had previously had a stroke was struggling so I essentially loaded all 30 bags myself. Once we were finished the staff members came out and we’re not kind or apologetic at all. Absolutely horrible experience. Will not be going back to get mulch there again.

floor people know just about where everything is or will find another person to help find what you need and will walk with you to the location to ensure it's what you are looking for

Lauren and Francisca in particular were super pleasant and helpful on this visit. All employees were pleasant overall.

My parents house and out family church has been beautified by Home Depot quality products and brands.

The cost and quality were exactly what I was looking for and the employee Lori was great, answered our questions with knowledge of products also made very helpful suggestions.
