Big box stores make me anxious. I was helped quickly and effectively. I was in and out no problems.

Received The Home Depot Cashback notification from Samsung pay as soon as I entered the store. Yet, they don't accept Samsung pay!???

Frustrating to visit because stock is scattered and disorganized and the employees don’t care.

I purchase her often, an so far everything that I have purchased, I am satisfied with.

I had no issue finding items I was looking for or what area they may be in, clean isle no clutter or over stock pallets or items on floor. Clearly marked isle signage was legible and right heights. Absolutely laid-out well.

Always helpful when trying to find product

I bought this product to seal some baseboards and it was all I needed; about one bottle per bedroom got the job done and looking beautiful. will definitely be buying this product again. This product is highly recommended and its worth the price.

This store is well stocked with lawn mower spark plugs and filter. it's just so tight pushing basket through out the store.

Only went here because of the rental service, never again. Rude, rude, rude employees. Fire Jackie, she's worthless in the front. She has no customer service skills.

Bre in customer service is a sweetheart. Very informative, helpful and kind. She treated my elderly grandpa with respect and Courtesy. She saw that he wasn’t able to stand as well with a cane and she went to get a cart for him to be able to walk/ride around the store to get what he needed.

Very rude to black customer by a white appliance staff!

look for Flor or Wallace for great customer service and smiles. Store needs more help with pulling online orders to be ready when the customer shows up to pick up.

Store has the worst customer service of any store that I’ve experienced I visited the store happy dozen times to get one particular project completed due to poor customer service. already frustrating enough not having the exact part that I need but having to think outside of the box we’re getting the job completed that I’m trying to do is not the capability of The employees at the store ... Thought maybe it was because there weren’t enough employees working and everybody was busy but several employees are hanging out with each other converse aiding laughing and joking and that’s fine and great but you make time for your customers toI...

Excellent customer service began at the customer service area, and then my family & I were walked back to the appliance department by the awesome Assistant Manager Pam. She then had her sales representative who was extremely sweet, take care of us very quickly, and she checked us out in the same area. We were in and out so fast, and were happy to patronize this Home Depot store. We will definitely go back
