We had the misfortune of getting into Deb’s line to check out. She couldn’t have been more rude or disrespectful had she tried. It was obvious from the moment we stepped into her line that she felt she was doing us a favor by helping us. When she was called on it she made it my dad’s fault. As an older gentleman and Veteran her disrespect and behavior was and is unacceptable. She should not be working in customer service and should be ashamed of her behavior. Very disappointed someone like this works there. Especially since I have heard this is normal behavior for her. Will return because we like HD and because Tom was able to make things right. He has excellent customer service skills.

Good customer service is a hard thing to find these days. Since covid most stores and restaurants have suffered. I found everyone at this store extremely helpful and willing to go out of thier way to help you and I really appreciate that.

I go in regularly, however especially times of the year that I do remodeling on my properties and need new appliances!! Seek for Tom or Jayne in appliances! They are very helpful and kind! Kim Larsen, in the blind department has been so knowledgeable, helpful and quick to return phone calls! This is the second time we have used Home Depot for our church projects and will continue to do so. I will also say the company they use Crew2 to come out and measure and installs were fantastic!

I had really great customer service from Tom H today. He was very attentive when I entered the store and noticed that I had a question, directed me to exactly what I needed, and checked to make sure that I was successful. I love it when employees go above and beyond.

I shop very early in the morning and the early morning staff is very helpful and friendly even at 7am in the morning

My daughter in law and I were checking out there flooring service and got excellent personalized service to assist in picking out everything we needed and everything thing was explained exceptionally well. Also got personal service in other departments it was great. Have to wait until the floors are installed to say more

I went in to purchase some items with a stack of gift cards. I was certain it would take forever to check out. I was wrong. The cashier, Parker, that helped me was very knowledgeable and had me out of there in no time at all. I was relieved, to say the least. Not only was he quick, but he was also super friendly. Great job HOME DEPOT. This kid has a lot of potential, I hope you retain him and consider him when an advancement opportunity comes up.

I would like to compliment all the employees at the Woodbury Home Depot. Each employee that I walked by engaged me, asked if I needed help, and was friendly. Doug, Tom H., and Parker were rock stars and made my shopping experience at Home Depot the best, You have a customer for life!

Purchased 1 gallon of paint and went to checkout at customer service counter. Where the cashier was clearly available and not doing a thing. Approached Becca and was instantly lectured “ we normally don’t checkout people here, you need to go down there. But I will check you out today” . At a customer service counter? Please explain what customer service counter at your location is. And how completing my transaction is not part of the whole “customer service” aspect. Don’t lecture your customers. If your cashiers aren’t doing anything, they should just complete transactions. Save the lectures for someone else.

Shopped for paint colors, light fixtures, new faucet, backsplash for Mom's new kitchen and the experience was awesome with Salesman Mr. Young Blaize who took the time to help with every need and answer every question. Looking forward to seeing him again!

There are so many products to choose from. Sometimes getting help from someone that is knowledgeable makes the biggest difference. Today that was David in appliances. He helped my wife and me even though it was not his department. Thanks David!
