Once again store 2810 to the rescue! It's our favorite Home Depot out of the whole metro area. Best employees ever.

Had good experience at the store. Hope the management keep the old employees who provide knowledge and help.

I bought two rolls of sod and found them dried out, dead, and moldy when I got them home. I went back to the store with photos to get credit for the defective product, but was told I could not get a refund without bringing in the defective sod. I find the store policy to be onerous in this case and would like a refund just based on the photos I showed.

The store is very clean! The employees are amazing.

Today the Home Depot in Woodbury, and in particular a supervisor named Chris Jansen, exceeded my expectations! Mr. Jansen was able to quickly understand the nature of my concerns about my home project, offered several great suggestions, located the perfect products to complete my home project and did it all in a very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable manner. My home project is now complete and everything worked out beautifully with the products recommended by Mr. Jansen! Excellent customer service!

Woodbury is once again my favorite store for about the 5th year in a row. I can always count on the store and the prodesk to go above and beyond. Especially Nathalie! I would recommend Woodbury over any store.

The Woodbury Store was neat and clean. The Pro Desk was on top of their game and did a fantastic design for the new deck I will be putting in this Spring. I would recommend their Pro Desk to my family and friends.

Nice clean store, I got a lot of help from Blaize at the electrical department and Audrey the cashier helps me to get all my stuff checked out really fast, thanks guys keeps that good service.

Every employee from the beginning to the end of our trek in the store was exceptionally courteous and interacted and performed all duties in a timely and friendly manner. We purchased numerous items. We were greeted at entrance, approached by several employees on needs and wants. We were escorted to several sectors of wanted items. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly and always smiling. First impressions are a must for us! The checkout person was fantastic and offered us a Home Depot card which we took advantage of on our 500 plus dollar purchase of items. We also had another employee help load our Kohler toilet into our SUV for safety. All in all we both applaud all of the employees from start to finish. I recommend this store to all customers to visit and shop at. Great location for not only Woodbury, but for our friends across the river in Hudson Wisconsin...Sincerely another satisfied couple and loyal customers...;-)

you cannot expect always to find a person to take you to the right aisle, or answer your questions, but you can see in this store people are very helpful.

I was created immediately as I entered the store and directed to lighting at my request. The associate Julien Renaud in Lighting was helpful and knowledgeable about the needed product. The cashier was informative and suggested a card for a discount on the item I purchased. It was a quick and easy transaction. Thank you

I always find this store easy to shop at. Tha staff are always nice and friendly and I am in and out with very little waitng in line. will always come back to shop.

Andy and his teammates in the COVID-19 front line are exemplary people, please consider allowing staff to either change the music (which has been on the same station too long) and/or initiate a headphone allowance. Your employees desperately need this. (Start by turning the radio dial to 89.3 The Current) Andy deserves a raise and promotion into whatever Customer Experience department Home Depot has. Andy gets it. Taking no action on Home Depot’s part would be a missed opportunity. Thank you.

Very sad and poor service in the appliance dept. Ordered a new dishwasher and haul away existing. Appliance did not get delivered on set day, and got pushed back two more weeks. I took a whole day off to be home and lost a days pay. Delivery service called at 4:30 pm and said that a truck broke down and could not get re routed. Went up to store and they said that they were sorry and can do nothing about it. Lost time and money and needed a dishwasher because the old one was disconnected. Since the store could only say they were sorry I returned the order.

This store is one of the best Home Depot stores in the Twin Cities as I've visited most of them now.

I highly recommend working with Kim Larsen, design consultant, if you are purchasing carpeting, tile, or shades. She is terrific--very helpful but not pushy.

The store is always clean and the employees are always nice and willing to assist. One special employee stands out from my experience today. Her name is Abigail and she was working the saw in the lumber department. I needed a plywood board with 2 cuts and she was very friendly and professional. I had to wait my turn and so watched her with the customer in front of me and she was very careful to make sure her cuts were exactly as he requested. She was friendly and made you feel like it was an honor to help you!!

A gentleman took used a lift to take down a carpet pad for me. And the Cashier Ananda was awesome. My kids has special needs and she was so awesome with him. Didn’t treat him any differently and was so kind. He mentioned her in the car afterwards and said she was so nice. I agree we went down the wrong cashier isle but instead of having me walk around she brought the scanner over and scanned the pad and the two pops we had.

Woodbury is my favorite Home Depot to shop. Out of 8 Home Depot's we shop at for our business this is by far the most responsive when something happens out of their control. We are a custom home builder and make several purchases. Some things are bound to go wrong, but when they do their management team gets involved without us having to ask. Most of the time things go as planned, but when they don't they sure step up.

Geo (building Pro) is an informative, knowledgeable, courteous, and all around excellent associate.
