This store is clean. Has good service and employees are friendly and helpful.

Like most home owners, we spend a lot of time and money on home repair and improvement. We are almost always able to find exactly what we need and want at The Home Depot. From garage door openers, to sprinklers, paint, tile, toilet seats, rugs, wood, plants, moving boxes, home decor and cleaning supplies, to bigger ticket items like a gas BBQ and a snow blower (which comes in very handy in the Yakima area!). We've consistently had good customer service over these past 15 plus years of shopping at The Home Depot. I highly recommend this store.

Isleways always blocked and panhandlers are constant in the parking lot.

Cashier at the lumber exit checkout was very friendly today.

Lots of employees working there but the day I tried to shop there none were willing to help me with questions. Not the first bad experience I have had in the store. If you can pick it off the shelf yourself and not require assistance from store employees it might work for you.

The store was somewhat clean, the products I was looking for were easy to find. the staff had to be called over the intercom 3 times before they came to assist with the Cabinets that I needed. The floor employee came with a bad attitude because it was not his area, n the amount of cabinets I needed were way too many, he told me, "give me the list n come back tomorrow" I told him I did not accept that n I wanted my employees to start installing tomorrow. Luis (another employee) came and took care of the situation n I was able to take all the cabinets needed. Not all the employees have a respectful, knowledgeable n professional attitude.

Professional and willing to work through the issues. I am VERY pleased at how my experience turned out.

If there was a negative star, I would check it. Most employees just go through the motions. Ask a question, even directions, and chances are it will be wrong. If you learn the layout of the store, and don't need assistance, its not to bad. But to the DYI'rs, good luck. Its a convenience store, with prices to match. If you need it today, go there. Otherwise use amazon!!
