Through all the hard times that are taking place with COVID this store is taking proper measures coming and going to keep us safe. The staff is still friendly in this hard time and I appreciate all the conversations and waves.

The Home Depot #4125 has fantastic experts, especially in the electric department. Ralph is outstanding and knows more about house wiring, installation, and advice than anyone in any home supply store I have ever had the pleasure to work with in my lifetime.

The Home Depot in York is the best home improvement store that I have ever utilized. Products are of a higher quality and the pricing is extremely competitive. Keep up the great work with quality personnel

The Home Depot in York Pa. is fantastic. Most home improvement stores have employees and personnel that really lack knowledge. This Home Depot is different with caring, helpful, and knowledgeable employees. Whenever I go into this store I hunt for Ralph in electrical. His background, care, and listening ability makes the experience helpful and complete. What a great store.

I give this a 5 star rating only to the experience I had with a manager named Kirby. I had to go to that store 3 times in one day and each time the manager had to help me and she went above and beyond her job to make my shopping experience 5 stars. I wish we had more Kirby's in the world. If you have any problem at the York, Pennsylvania store you ask for Kirby and I guarantee she will make your experience stressless. I never wrote a review about a manager before in my life but I felt like she deserved it and I hope they give her the recgonition that she deserves. Thanks Kirby for an awesome shopping experience.

Home Depot has a policy that Veterans have to physically go to the store to get the VET DISCOUNT. This policy should be changed if you have shown proof of you service at a store then that should be in your account information and thus allow you to get the discount when ordering on line.

Highly knowledgeable employees. Ralph was able to recommend a specific lighting product to fit our needs. Tiffany was super at ordering what was not carried in the store. Very Friendly -- GREAT job.

Excellent customer service from all departments. Always have at least one, usually more, associates approach us and ask if we need assistance. Very knowledgeable staff. Store and restrooms very clean.

I would just like to say that Ralph in the lighting dept went above and beyond his job description to help us with buying new lighting. He is a great assest to Home Depot. We also had a great check out experience with the cashier who I neglected to get her name. Kudos to your and their great staff that helped us on Sunday 2/2/20.

Carmen and Marla were helpful and courteous with my hot water heater questions. There was a mismatch between online price and in-store price. They worked diligently to ensure I was accommodated and their manager informed of the issue. The online price was matched and I was able to acquire the water heater the day it was needed. Thank you! (P.S. - Send Carmen to the Lancaster store! The Lancaster location is closer to me and I plan to frequent this store. She would be a value added team member in Lancaster.)

Most helpful employees of any home depot I've ever been to. And I've been to several. Strongly recommending Kevin as employee of the year. Or at very least the month.

Very helpful and friendly staff in all of the departments I visited.

I needed a quantity of precut studs to be ready for the next day’s job. I also needed 2 pcs of fir with matching grain to make a laminated beam. 3 employees were happy to scold me for standing on a lumber stack, 1 finally brought a step ladder that was too short to reach the top. As I struggled for 20 minutes another employee came up behind me, leaned one arm on an adjacent stack and watched me with, what I think was a slightly miffed look. He didn’t say a word, no offer to help, no inquiry, he just watched as I struggled. After about 7 minutes his attention span lapsed and he walked away. On a bright note my cashier, Gina, was very friendly. She was the one gem I found at this store. I’ve had much better overall experiences at the Lancaster location.

Service was excellent. I could find everything I was looking for. And when it was time to check out I didn't even wait in line. The person who rang me up just said I can help you here and I went straight through to pay and get back to my project.

Rob helped me order online all of the items I needed to remodel 2 bathrooms. He was patient and professional. He even took the time to walk through the store to help me find the final couple of items I needed. He definitely simplified the process for me and I will be back and ask for Rob!

If you need any electrical supplies, products, or advice, ask for Ralph in that department. This guy knows his business and he takes the time to educate the consumer. It's hard to find good help these day's, Home Depot should reward him for his outstanding ability to satisfy their customers.

Roman was ridiculously helpful in picking out a door and I would have bought the wrong one without him. My kids also thought he was cool! Paint staff helped to get the right sheen and painting supplies!

I needed to buy some supplies for a few projects I’m working on and ran into the York Home Depot on Market St. I sometimes feel intimidated when choosing the right products (and they have sooo many to choose from) but from the moment I entered the store the employees were friendly, kind and helpful. They were patient when explaining how to use the products and when I couldn’t find something, one employee took me right to it! At checkout (it was the self checkout kind) the girl immediately came over to make sure I was understanding how to do it, and then even took time to zip me on through! I am extremely happy with the customer service (and am always happy with the selections and prices at Home Depot) so I will definitely be back to the York store!
