I love to shop at this store. Great people an excellent customer services.

When it's near closing time some of the employees don't want to do much, like help customers. They have an attitude that you can read as GTFOOH. (get out of here, it's Miller time, we can't be bothered with you)

As an older woman, I have been very impressed with the employee's that have helped me every time I have gone in. They answer all my questions, so helpful, courteous and respectful! That means a lot!

Employees there now are high energy and knowledgeable and it has improved vastly

We were in the Aberdeen Store on Easter Sunday and purchased a Ryobi 40 volt cordless mower. The customer service was fantastic! We we were assisted nearly instantly and the cashier was stellar. Although the store was very busy, it was clean and organized. What a great shopping experience!

I've been shopping at the Aberdeen Home Depot for 5 years. It's a pretty good store. They usually have what I need in the store, so I don't have to hassle with ordering online. The store is clean, including the bathroom, which is great. If you can find an employee, they're usually very helpful, but there just doesn't seem to be enough help. I really wish they would cut things like boards and pipe and things for EVERYONE. I've been told no about having something cut several times only to turn around and see the employee who told me no cutting something for someone else. That is my biggest issue with Home Depot.

The store was busy as to be expected right before spring hits! The staff Abby and Kevin from the Building Materials department went above and beyond to help me sort out the bad lumber and stack the good on my carts with me which took 30 minutes . Super grateful for their hard work and excellent customer service. The only troubling moment for me was the cashier who did not share the companies customer service values. She shouldn't have been rude to me for asking a question about buying product that was not in stock although it said you had several in stock, she did not ask if I needed help with my three carts for load out and no "thank you for shopping with us today or bye." She just walked away.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There was not one person who was pushy or who seemed to try to get us to buy more than we actually needed. A very pleasant visit and a very clean store. I appreciate that in a store.

My experience at this store was excellent! We were helped almost immediately and we were able to find everything we needed. Great stock of products and great employees!

The new cashier is trash and she xoes not deserve to be there she does not treat her custoners right and she needs to go

Good location and excellent parking. Long time staff very helpful. Only gave it 4 stars because I would like to see this location enlarged to same size as the HomeDepot in Lacey and SouthCenter wa.

I recommend the home depot store, but the customer service I got while doing a return was rediculous, he acted like I was lying about the item not working and acted like the refund was coming out of his pocket.

Each one of the several service representatives I interacted with were helpful and genuinely friendly. I actually feel comfortable visiting this store now despite not knowing anything about tools/handyman-ning/doing-it-myself. The people who helped me helped to make me feel more confident in being able to do work around my home.

Mike in lumber cutting went above and beyond his customer service duties to retain us as a customer they were very busy at the store but he took the time to it's today and his wonderful customer service knowledge and help us despite being very busy he was very professional very friendly and he made shopping at the store are a very joyous experience for a thank you we will definitely be coming back to the store because of him thank you again.

The store associates were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I am in CA and needed help remodeling a bathroom for a friend in WA. I called and I received amazing support from an associate. She worked hand in hand with me via computer to select the items, and then I was able to place the order directly with her. Then she taught me how to order some items on line also. She made the experience extremely easy and stress free. She was totally customer focused and it was greatly appreciated.

yes clean and very busy its the only store in Aberdeen Washington I live in Ocean Shores ; Little over 20 miles to Home depot . Am not trap here I can go to Olympia and shop at other hardware stores (1 and 1/2 hour ) its my desire , bottom line you have it or not (Good) if not then as a consumer will shop for that product, else wear Physical or go online ; Been there did that . Bob

The store has followed mandates and safety regulations very seriously. The employees are very helpful and kind. My cashier was Cathy today and she was very nice and took very good care of me.

Very rude person in installed carpet will not buy my carpeting and laminate at this store

A jewel in the rough of it wasn't for our local homedepot... I don't know how I would get by living on the harbor. Always friendly and helpful and if they don't have it, they'll get it.

Good location, not the largest HomeDepot I have shopped at but a decent size.

They could keep the paint accessories better stockes, such as scrapers. They could stocka better selection of wood screws.

I like this store....generally have a good experience.....but this time I got bit by technology! Home depot needs to do a better job of communicating on their website that their inventory does not reflect actual inventory for sale.....since floor/demo tool models cannot be sold. I went in to pick up a saw but the only one in the store, was the floor model. The website indicated that there was one there for pick up.....but not so.

Employees were all very nice and knowledgeable. They were also available for questions and assistance. Not to mention their great houseplant selection!
