Aberdeen store is currently VERY Very busy and EXTREMELY under staffed.. lots of stock and return items on carts in middle of isles.. Be patient..

If you are in need of tool rental, this IS the place to go. They've got a guy named Gordon in the Tool Rental department who is top notch. The equipment is in really good shape. Compared to the beat up stuff that's available at the other rental places, getting it from here is a no-brainer. I've rented top of the line equipment from this Home Depot for cheaper than it would be to rent junk from the other local places on the harbor. Just the professionalism of the staff is worth it.

The Aberdeen store is a large, complete store. I did have trouble finding product locations within the store (store map marked with product locations) on the internet, but I am a old guy and found what I needed by checking with customer service. Good store; very good staff!

Good place all departments have great helpers, little longer wait some times but always there to help.

I don't remember staff member's name that helped me, but he went out of his way to get a piece of chain for my dog kennel door in which I had never thought of.and it cost less which is a better deal for me. I'm a happy customer!!!

I was really dubious when I first went to Home Depot. I thought people had to be building pro's and the employees only dealt with contractors. I soon found out that I could tell them I am new at this so speak simply. lol I can also say, naw, I am not getting it. Let's draw it out. They can do that too. I was impressed when they could do that for me. How often does that happen in one's life. Anyway, I really like Home Depot. I fine myself looking at new things to build or paint cause I know I have help. That's important.

It's a very nice store, my experience in appliances was amazing thanks to Roxanne , I may add that I really enjoy the garden center ,and always get positive attitudes from the employees, the plants are arranged much nicer than in the past.

Employees are very kind, short lines and some of the perfect store status’ in the state.

Since this is the only Home Depot in the Aberdeen WA area I have to say that it is a blessing to have a great do-it-yourself store here. The employee's are generally on top of things and are there when you need help with anything. You should have no regrets shopping at this Home Depot.

In an earlier review, I rated this stor as 3 Stars. Good products, spotty service. Today (7/21/19) I rated this store as 5 STARS! I noted a significant improvement in customer service. Well done!

THE STORE WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND CLEAN EVEN THE BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN. I WOULD GO BACK TO THIS STORE

Love this store! However some employees do not know what they are talking about... And instead of finding someone who does know they just send you too a random isle. Lol! Overall it's a good shopping experience.

The ladies in the paint department are excellent in assisting with projects, and the workers throughout the store are very helpful.

this store was very easy to find the isle that I was trying to find even thou there was ! item was looking for that the store either was out of or does not carry.

We love shopping at this Home Depot. It's the largest home improvement store in the area, and the people here are consistently friendly. We would give it 5 stars, but there is a significant problem with people parking in the loading zone to go in and do their shopping. We always park elsewhere, shop, and then move our vehicle around to the loading zone to load large items, but it's nearly impossible to find a parking spot in the loading area. The store manager really needs to address this aggressively.

I have always found the staff helpful, even when I come at odd times. I particularly like the Do-It-Herself classes. Great projects and lots of fun.

The personnel at this store are very helpful to the individuals that lack the experience to start/complete projects on their own.

You can never find an associate to help when you need one. Management is nonexistent. Had it not been for Adam and Kathryne I would have taken my business elsewhere. Kathryne made a bad experience much better and I even left smiling because she was so friendly and helpful.

Friendly, great service,paint department helped me get what I needed, I’m desabled so they went and retrieved the items for me that I needed. Great guys in paint department! Thank you and I’ll be back!
