My patience is necessary to teach new employees how to order. I paid off my Home Depot Card and physically must go to the stores to place my orders. I keep requesting a new card., i will be firmer in my request.

Associate in power tools, seems to know more about what I am asking about than I do. Associate should listen to what I am asking and not appear to know everything and be rude. I ended up going on line to by my Ridgid 1/2 in drill. I gave up with talking to the associate and didn't even bother trying to find if it was in stock at the store. I was so frustrated with her, I walked away.

Each employee that we encountered was very willing to help us and direct us to the right location to find what we needed.

I would like to give the highest kudo’s to Manager Michele for finding me a supply of the 1 x 4 x 10’ Cedar tonque and groove, and for getting it stocked in the lumber bin for pickup. Great service and care for a customer!

I needed a couple of gate bolts and they were not in stock at the store so I asked if they could order them form me. They order them and had them shipped to me with no charge for freight. I was surprised and very grateful. Thank you!

Washer and dryer sold to me by Diana, service was excellent, helped me with options.

When you talk with an associate and you pick out an expensive dishwasher, you expect when you get home to have that same dishwasher, not the cheapest one available. An hour round trip times two to finish this service. Not real happy...

I ordered a bay window on the 28th of December. Went very well and ordered it from Jeldwen windows made here in Oregon. Vinyl windows unfortunately don't last forever, they lose there gas insulation properties over time and they end up bowing in the middle if not installed properly. I hope this lasts at least 10 years. My Viking window that was in the bay literally fell apart from the inside out. Corroded, leaked, bowed, and dried up on the inside sealed putty, by cracking ect. Viking went out of business too.

When our microwave died in a flash of smoke five days before Christmas, we did some research online and checked at Home Depot. Sam (short for Samantha) helped us sort through our options which (due to our age) required delivery and installation. She was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

I don’t think I’ve ever shopped anywhere, let alone a warehouse type of store that had such friendly and caring employees. Literally every associate I saw said hi and asked if I needed help or asked how my day was going regardless of if they were busy or had just seen another employee greet me. So refreshing to see such friendly and caring employees. Management should be real proud of their team. Thanks for a great experience Albany HD!

I thought that all of the employees did a great job, considering the Black Friday confusion. I was there for a non-Friday sale item but I needed it first thing in the morning, unfortunately inventory was off. Although they didn't find my item, several people gave very legitimate search for It all while fielding requests from other shoppers.

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful all the employees i interacted with were. Unfortunately I didn’t get any names but all were cheerful and friendly and wanting to help. Keep up the good work!

Extremely happy with our purchase. It was the easiest transaction we every had purchasing a refrigerator. Diana in the appliance dept. in Albany was so helpful and professional. She went over all the features with us to make sure we knew what we were getting and that we would be pleased with our purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable. The price was the best we found anywhere.

every time I go to Home Depot I tell myself, never again

The employee offered multiple suggestions. Had great advice

The cashier rubbed off the PIN number on my Home Depot gift card and told me they were not able to use it as a form of payment. Home Depot destroyed my $100 gift card and would not provide a resolution or a reimbursement. They basically said I was screwed out of being able to use it and would not accept it, even though they could look up the balance of the gift card on their Tandm system. Really disappointed on how they would not provide a resolution to the problem they caused,

I needed help with an idea I had. The young took time to explain what he knew about it, and the got the product reading for check out. Then the young man who loaded it was super kind and did it quickly.

The employees are fantastic and the inventory is great. I would give it a five star if they would fix the parking. It’s very obvious that whoever is in charge of the parking lot drives a small car and not a full-size work truck.

The paint department man Riley looked up where I could find my other shopping items. Vicki cares about people. The garden center man Mason twice has been excellent at looking for products, explaining return policy and finding correct prices of items with no bar code. He also helped multiple people with challenges. This was on Sunday July 14th. How homey the crew is, I also respect the returns help at customer service, aware and polite. It shows there is a good manager in the store when the staff is respectful and helpful and kind. Thank you.

Just ran in to return toilet tank replacement parts. No receipt, but customer service charged back to my card. No drama. thank you

I had problems with an online expensive item. The customer service at the Albany store allowed me to purchase the same item at the discounted price.

Went to get a gallon of paint and encountered the rudest employee. She needed to go to lunch and sure made everyone around her know it. She was rude, condescending and generally the most unpleasant person I've ever encountered at this store

I have used this Home Depot since it’s opened. I have never had any trouble with the employees, as they have always been extremely helpful. On more than one occasion, I have felt like family, as they show a real concern that I have been helped, and taken care of. Each person has been very knowledgeable in their departments..

I needed window coverings for a rental home. Jeri arranged to have the windows measured, to assist in choosing blinds, and finally installation. What a weight off my shoulders! Thank you!
