You need more employees like Kelli Duncan who took her time with a great attitude to help us find the exact sander we needed. She did not rush, she did not give up, she just kept looking until she found it.

I had to order a window and Steve was very thorough with what I needed and made sure we got the correct one ordered.

The store was clean and the special order process for an Anderson storm door was quick and easy

During our time with being at home during the covid-19 virus shut in time, I decided to work on some projects that I have been wanting to do. Getting to Home Depot was easy and convenient and I was able to order online and pick up my order at service desk. I picked up a few more things before checking out. Staff was friendly and directed me to area when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I had a great young man help load some of my stuff for me as well. Will definitely be back in future as I work on more projects!

Baron was amazing, he came back for me after helping another customer, helped look through the shelves, and when we couldn't find what I needed he found someone who could. He then walked me to where I needed to go and i'm so appreciative because I haven't had a chance to sleep in over 30 hours due to work and I was really struggling. It just took a weight off my shoulders.

The service was so bad that as I finish typing my review it would not let me submit because it saying I am using inappropriate language

Going downhill. Employees generally unhelpful if you have a question beyond "what ailse are screws on"? Out of stock whenever I seem to need something, and stopped carrying the lighting products that are throughout my home, which Lowes still carries. I used to drive by Lowes on my way to HD, now I will probably only come when Lowes doesn't have it.

Placed order online as I was told they start pulling your order immediately. Wrong, Couple hours after placing order I waited over 90 minutes in store just to get my stuff to load. One cabinet they brought had drawer front visibly falling off, and they also brought cabinet that I didn't order. Customer service lady did a great jobs trying to get me help but other employees don't seem to care about a waiting customer. One guy radioed that he couldn't do any lifting--then why are you working in that dept? I would pay more for some better service.

I worked with Jeri in the carpet department, she was kind and patient. Very knowledgeable about her job, and her department. It made my carpet buying experience much easier

I only came to this store because they did not have the product I needed in the quantity I needed locally, so I traveled over 50 miles to get there once there I realize they had some things that I had desired in the past but we’re out of stock after the holidays locally, the employees there were helpful and friendly. Took care of my needs and more, absolutely would shop here again if needed. Customer Service person - Taera was extremely kind to me at the register after learning about my long journey, to get what I needed as it was out of stock in my store locally. Went there to pick up an order because they were the only store that had in-store stock and ended up leaving with some extra things. Thank you was a wonderful experience after an unexpected long journey.

Michael in appliances was the only person I was able to find to help me. He took the time to take me to find what I needed.

The associates at this store always go way beyond what I would expect to help, provide get advise/help. It is where I go for all of our home needs from house projects to appliances.

employee's are the laziest ive seen at any of the home stores.they will walk right past a person loading a cart and not even offer to help. Its ridiculous!

Steve in the window dept was very helpful and saved us money on our purchase. The Albany store always has friendly employees and inventory we need.

My shopping experience was wonderful due to Michael in appliances who had me smiling and laughing by the time the purchase was completed. He is the model employee who makes me want to return. I hope his manager gets this so they will know you've got a great employee on your hands. Don't let him get away!!!

I really enjoy coming to the store because the employees always seem to be friendly. Michael in plumbing is always helpful when I come in when he's there.

I am always excited to see Michael in plumbing. I can always rely on his assistance. He's always smiling and friendly with customers. He's not afraid to say if he's not sure about something and I respect him even more for that. You need more employees like him.

Its a waste of time to go and order anything as they cannot fill the order as it may be more items than the store has on hand, or that each store is allowed to have on hand. It takes an eternity to wait for them to ship in from other stores and the nmanager was no help when asked if he could or would order more of the same item...it was basically a "NO". He really acted as if it was an imposition to him and he would not even try to help.
