I saw this washer and dryer made by Samsung in these 2 beautiful colors and I chose the color navy blue

I just bought it a few days ago. Great price! Great lawnmower!

There was a multitude of products to choose from. The prices were competitive. I appreciated the coupon which applied to my first purchase.

I went here for specific items. As soon as I got to the department a clerk approached immediately to help and explain where the items were located on the shelves by explaining the code process. I also spoke to someone at the Pro desk and they were equally helpful directing me to the aisles I needed. Both were very nice and professional.

the amount of people looking for work outside and around the store made me feel uncomfortable.

Two employees, victor i'm not sure of the other gentleman's name, but they really went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Kudos to them.

2 male associates went WAY out of their way to help me with a snowblower .I live closer to East Greenbush store but have delt with numerous unfriendly associates .

Everbilt Heavy Duty Dropcloths I utilize on a daily basis. A year or more is all I get out of them before they get torn beyond usability. If I had an industrial sewing machine I could get a lot more life out of them. Pricing seems elevated, but the convenience of grabbing them when needed at The Home Depot wins my allegiance every time.

I recently was shopping for a new Dishwasher, and I went to the service desk where I was greeted by Roxanne. After explaining the reason for my visit, she graciously said "oh let me get Brian who is the Associate of the appliance department. She accompanied me over to that department and invited me to look over the selection. Then she proceeded to page Bian over the intercom and within minutes he showed up and very efficiently helped me find and purchase my dishwasher.

I had the most wonderful experience with the ladies in customer service at this Home Depot. I can’t express how much I appreciated their kindness and how they went above and beyond to help me get a Christmas tree I had been eyeing for awhile. Again, they really were just the best!

It wasn’t my Home Depot but I was working near this one and the employees were by far better than any homedepot I’ve been in

I was having difficulties with my Home Depot credit card and Jessica was really helpful and took the time to get me taken care of also plenty of stocked item will return and get Jessica a raise

Staff member helped me select bolts, nuts and washers for my project.

The store staff was extremely helpful. I was/am very disappointed when the electrical breakers where behind lock and key and a staff member was required to take the items I was going to purchase to the register, where I had to find later when checking out. I also despise having no real person checkout stations.

The store was very clean very pleasant very helpful. Everybody was sweet and everybody was helpful different parts of the store. This is the best store. I just moved to Albany and got everything I needed and under two trips.

Once again our visit to the Central Avenue Albany, NY store was a pleasant experience. Their staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My past experience with big box stores is that you can never seem to find staff to assist you. Not true at this store. Well staffed and knowledgeable employees throughout.
