Home Depot, you should offer more customer service training to your employees, especially the ones who are at your customer serv/ returns counter. Actually greeting, looking at the customer and responding to the customer when they ask a question would be topics you should offer, just the courteous, basics, Home Depot.

Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly, but Tracey Leach deserves special mention. I'm new to DIY, so she actually demonstrated how to use the products I wanted and she helped me chose the tools that best fit MY abilities, strength and needs. A few days earlier, a Manager (whose name I failed to get) replaced a year old floor model lawnmower that Ryobi wouldn't honor the warrantee on. Ryobi said that I had been given the wrong battery with the floor model . I brought in the battery, hoping for a new one, I showed him my receipt, and with no fuss, he offered to exchange it for this year's model at no extra cost! I've been telling everyone how honorable snd helpful this store's staff is.

Home Depot on Central Avenue in Albany NY is the BEST PLACE to SHOP for all HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS. Found exactly what I was looking for Assistance was offered upon entrance into the store. Store was very CLEAN and SANITIZED. Associates were very friendly and accomodating MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS !!!!!!!

Sue and Kim always make my day a little brighter. They always help with any questions and find me the answers I need. As a busy contractor they get me in and out of line very quickly It’s always nice to see them behind the counter

There are not enough associates in this store. The stores in Florida have twice as many. But the associates are friendly, and will help if they can

I shop this store 1 because it's close to my office, 2 the employees are all very nice and 3, the store is always clean and well stocked.

My feeling are mixed. I come to Home Depot because it’s convenient, prices are fair, product selection is good and the customer service I always receive from individuals like Susan, Linda, Kim, Bobby, Havi, Beatrice, just to name a few These individuals are what I call quality employees. There’re not just here for a check. They enjoy what they do and take pride in it. Now, I do have issues with the way the store is operating especially on Sunday. Most days I have to walk around to find help and I never do. I often go to Susan and if no one is available she will help me. It’s very frustrating because it seems like everyone except the cashiers are on break at the same time. Then comes the issues of product knowledge. There should be more training

Home Depot advertises products online that are not in stores. Very deceiving.

I was not able to scan an item. Next to me there was a Home Depot staff female named on tag was Jesse speaking to a coworker about how she wanted to smack on the face another coworker (can’t post the inappropriate language she used because it’s not allowing me to post it ) and I asked if she could assist me, she took over the scanner and was unable to scan the item nor even find the item in the system per she was still too busy Explaining to a coworker the kind of hate she felt towards someone else that works there. So she proceeded to call someone else to take care of me (a gentleman that was playing around with a stick behind us) he walked over to take over with an attitude and she stepped to the side to continue on with her conversation. The gentleman that she called over was rude , It took him 10 minutes to find the item in the system, i was asking him if he could please watch my items per he was dropping them, yet he payed me no mind and he stepped on them, overall it was an awful experience

Nick from deliveries was vary helpful. He helped me put my weed wacker and hand blower together. He was vary knowlagable. Makayla at the desk was vary polite and friendly when checking me out. And Andrew mentioned the survey so they could be reconized for there efforts.

Jahniah in the paint department went above and beyond to help me find the shade of chalk paint that I was looking for. She was tried Several different avenues until we found the shade. She was very pleasant.

I went to customer service to pick up an order. I needed to add something and Tracey went above and beyond to help me.
