Overall my shopping at Home Depot was a pleasant experience. The employees appear to be very familiar with most items a consumer might need. I would suggest that purchasing home related materials at Home Depot is an exceptional choice.

I visit this store frequently.I always get service quickly-I never have to go looking for associates in fact,very often one will pass me in the aisle & offer to help me find something,evrn without me asking

Went to store twice today. First time wanted to find a floor cleaner. Staff at store entry noted exact location of cleaner. On the way out, noted a propane grill on special sale. Went back this evening and purchased grill. Great price. Staff in store, Jeff, helped load box on cart, took it to check-out and stayed with me through check-out process. Then loaded the box in my car. Very polite and helpful throughout, as was the check-out clerk. Best experience I've ever had in this type of store.

On this particular day, employees were so helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work Home depot!

The store is extremely well arranged and stocked. The staff is right on the job, asking customers if they can be of help. The cashiers stand in front of their respective isles and its very easy for the customer checking out to see who is available to help them and expedite their shopping experience.

Dick the greater is the BEST! He knows where EVERYTHING is! I asked him to help me find something and he knew the Aisle and what side the object would be on! Everyone is friendly and when you ask for help they go beyond.

The store Associate/Cashier (Rachel - (RXJ3714) was the only person who answered my question in regards to my purchase. Why was the same type of Outdoor Light on the different boxes looked the same but was package and labeled differently. Rachel explained it to me that the manufacturer packaged their items this way to get more exposure and to make it look like it is from someone else when it is really from the same company and they can put more of the same type of item on the shelf. She explained to me that both lights where indeed the same. She was very professional and knowledgeable in handling my questions for my purchase.

The variety of sandpaper for drum and edger floor sanders far surpasses the other big box competition. The associates in the Tool Rental Dept., where the sandpaper is sold, are always helpful. When I checked out the lines were a little long so the associate at the Pro Desk, Alan, checked me out there. Excellent overall experience.

Went to buy replacement parts for my grill that I had purchased at the same store a couple of years ago. The parts were easy to find, well marked and there were plenty of them there.

All staff were easily identifiable, helpful. He was able to identify right where the product was and guided to right to it. This is a great store for me personally, and a quick telephone call or check of the internet site for guidance.

I find the store's location ideal for those of us who live in the City of Albany. The hours are convenient, the store is always clean and the associates are friendly and willing to assist with locating items. The associate in your plumbing department is extremely helpful and draws on many years of experience.

I shop there often. And became familiar with many of the associates there. Most of the time they have been very helpful and friendly at the same time. Occasionally I don't get the most knowledgeable associable but on the other hand, I come in with a solution, discuss with a very knowledgeable associate and return with a better solution to my problem. I call that good or even excellent....

My visit to this store was excellent because Reli and Roger went above and beyond to find the pellets I wanted, opened a new pallet, and loaded up my cart for me. Check out with Amyrah was pleasant and quick. Reli then loaded my car for me on a cold and blustery evening. All 3 were very pleasant and exceptionally helpful. With employees like these folks I highly recommend this store. I will definitely shop at this Home Depot first.

I have to purchase items for work and I don't always know what the best product or process it. ALL the associates here ask me questions and tell me what is the Ok, Better and Best items to get so I can decide what we need. They do not just give you the most expensive option and walk away. When I need paint I always get helpful, friendly service that suits what I need. Thank you!

We selected samples and asked questions and were able to make the best decision to buy the best carpet for our needs once we understood how the numbers on the back of a carpet sample influence our decision on what carpet to buy.

The store was very clean, the music was not too loud and the screwgun i purchased was great.
