Love this store. Always well stocked and clean. The garden center is fabulous- healthy and interesting plants.

I shop at home depot on glennwood st in Allentown. I had a house fire. Lost….. everything. 2nd floor of house was destroyed. During my rebuild process, home owners was slow to help. 1st contractor took deposit and never showed. 2nd contractor rebuilt structure, siding and roof, but on everything else….. AWFUL! I took over completing the build, and everyone at this home depot has been overly helpful and very accommodating. They have gone above and beyond in helping in every department from employees to managers. And they have done whatever it takes to assist. I am entirely grateyfor the staff that works at this store. And would also like mention some of the names of the staff that i know. ChrisO. , steve D , Rad (cashier) , jackson H , Garry S , mathew parks , andrew (garden center). They are the reason i will continue all my business with this store. I thank them all from me and my family.

Customers up in age, or lacking knowledge or experience appreciate when help is available. I have had numerous experiences at this Home Depot when an employee has helped me find something, choose something, answer questions either on the floor, at checkout, or at Customer Service.

I like to shop at Home Depot

Always out of stock on something. If I need 10, there is only 4.

Every time I go in to this store it's the same great service by every employee on the floor.

The Allentown South store, i believe, is the best in the area. 99% of the time, they have what the website says is in stock. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Entry and egresss from the road is easy.

I dealt with Lisa in appliances, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions or concerns. She was extremely pleasant, I'll deal with Lisa any time I need another appliance.

I visit this location very often due to the location but it is a great place to shop. The workers are very helpful and friendly which is what makes the shopping experience great.

I buy at this location at least once a week and it's always the same great service by their employees.

Unlike many Home Depot stores, we were greeted with smiles from not just one but mostly all employees. They asked if they could help and answered our questions. The vibe in this store is helpful and friendly. I’ll drive out of my way to go to this Home Depot. Kudos to Lisa in Appliances that went above and beyond to assist us.

This store is very uncooperative accepting returns. I bought natural gas flex hose and plumbing PVC. I brought extra parts and young guy at returns said we do not accept plumbing returns. Crazy!!! I bought an outside light fixtures and went to install and parts were missing. This has happened with other products. Clientele are thieves.

They have qualified people in specialty departments, for example blinds, flooring, appliances who are helpful but if want help with general merchandise, forget it. No one to help with gas grills, security systems, outdoor, etc. you have to hunt down someone, and even going to the customer service desk doesn’t get you someone. One person that could help me was on a one hour lunch break. On a positive note, they usually have a good selection of merchandise. Would I recommend to a friend? Depends on what they were going there for

Pellet stove pellets are the reason for regular & very frequents visits to this store..This is the 1st yr, I received a few wet bags of pellets...All I ask is they be put in a dryer location (in the garden area) so I don't throw part / most of the bags out...The employees there are amazing, helpful, kind, caring, considerate, not only for the pellet help, for other items that were on my Xmas list..Love my store

I bought a snowblower and some artificial turf last night. The experience with the artificial turf was fantastic! Including the gentleman who works in the carpet department. Buying the snowblower was also a seamless process but the employees couldn't figure out how to unlock the snowblower from the front of the store nor could they find the batteries that were sold with the snowblower. My wife and I were outside for 45 minutes in temperatures well below freezing until they finally got the snowblower unlocked and found the batteries. The employees said Scott, the manager, didn't want to venture outside to see if he could help us along. So all in all the experience was great until we wanted to actually leave with the snowblower we had purchased.

I wanted to purchase a special 9 foot Christmas tree that is only sold by Home Depot. Every Home Depot store that was within a two hour driving distance from my house did not have any in stock and all so had sold their display models except the Phillipsburg Home Depot and your store. The Phillipsburg Home Depot is only 15 minutes from my house. I asked to purchase their display model and they would NOT sell it to me. I was very disappointed. I called the Home Depot in Allentown ( your store) and asked if you had this Christmas tree in stock or if you only had a display model, would you sell it? You didn’t have any of them in stock but your salesperson said I could buy the display model. She was nice enough to put aside for me until I could drive to your store and pick it up. It took me an hour to get to your store. Your manager gave me a free tree bag to put the tree in. He took it apart and showed me how to pack the bag with the tree parts. One of your employees loaded the tree in my car too. Thank you for making my Christmas merry by allowing me to purchase the display model of this special Christmas tree.

Bought an item had to call 1800 homedepot and Jose gave me great service on how to return it and called the following day to follow up on damaged item with replacement

I bought new refrigerator a couple weeks ago and then it went on sale lower !! Homedepot gave me money back!! It was really a great policy by homedepot for savings !!
