Employees very helpful, when help is required. Employees act very professional and have great product knowledge. The store is kept clean, also the bathrooms.

Good customer service - loaded 15 bags of mulch quickly

I generally do not like going into big box stores. I had to buy lighting in the electrical department. I looked over everything that they had in lighting and was approached by an older gentleman who is extremely helpful. I have been in these big box stores before and sometimes it’s very hard to find help but I was greeted by a warm smile and helpful mind and for that I am thankful.

Great store great staff

Very knowledgeable staff especially Tiffany & Adele. You can get in and out of the store fast with what you need. Most stores don't have enough cashiers which leaves you frustrated and waiting. This Home Depot has it all. No waiting time & associates willing to walk you to the department and help find what you want. They explain in detail the benefits of the products. You leave remembering the exceptional positive experience and wanting to return for your next purchase!

Store was organized and easy to negotiate when searching for products. Staff was friendly and helpful; able to answer my questions and provide advices on products which I intended to purchase.

Store in clean but again and again, associates are not warm and not friendly!

The sales associate in the hardware department was so knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted in determining what tools we needed for the job, which ones were best for our skill level and then gave us a quick and invaluable tutorial on how to use the tools. He made our shopping experience fun and educational. Thank you !!!

I like this store because there are employees in tools, lumber, electrical and paint who are second to none for service and know their stuff.

The staff at this location is consistently excellent. Good attitude, great product knowledge, and a willingness to help are everywhere. The store is well stocked, clean, and well maintained.

Can,t wait till all the flowers and potting soil and gardening supplies come to the store, it is fabulous shopping then especially, I can get everything I need to jump into spring and summer! Their plants & flowers are all so healthy, and such a delight to shop through the garden center, I can spend hours there! That time is soon here!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I have always received at this store. The staff is friendly and always willing to help me. I am renovating myself and often have questions.

Came to the store for storage tubs /items and the area was a mess, with stuff on the wrong shelf’s with wrong price/ size labels. Very frustrating since they are advertising on tv/radio about storage needs. I also walked the whole store and had several associates walk right pass me without saying hello or did I need help, which I did, very frustrating. Typically they are pretty good, this trip, terrible and frustrating. Check out was quick and cashier was friendly and helpful. I did not get what I needed, will drive 20 miles to another store or Lowe’s.

Store staff is friendly and accessible! They can see when you can't find something and are proactive to ask if they can help!

I can walk into your store without hoping you have what I need. Your store is the kind of place to not only get what you need... but to talk to friendly knowledgeable employees who are always quick to help me out and share information about things I never knew before. And everything is laid out so well. I just walk through the aisles and sometimes remember to buy something that wasn't on my list.

I have not had many good experiences lately at this store. But I would like to point out one AWESOME employee that made this last visit to this store a great one. His name is Danny. He was so helpful and could not do enough for me. He helped find, carry , cut and stack everything I needed. I hope he does not get in trouble for this, but he even gave me a short left over piece of the wood (4") I was buying and called it scrap. He said tell the cashier it is scrap and not charge ( with they charged me for anyway ). It was still the gesture after all he did. Danny keep up the good work. Having over 200 employees myself , you renewed my faith in people again just as I was giving up on some of the younger generation. I can only hope to get some more people like you. You know who I am, I am the one who asked your name and put it in my phone.

The best in Allentown they can really help you out

I had an amazing experience thanks to a great worker named Peter! He had amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me get a grill for my Dad for Christmas. I can’t thank him enough! It was a far drive from my house but if I am ever in the area again then I would definitely shop at this Home Depot again thanks to the helpful staff

ABSOLUTELY would recommend this store, they know their business & if they aren't sure, they find out & want 2 know it 4 latter on in case someone else has the same question....
