Awesome store by far the best in the area. They know their community

I had the misfortune of dealing with the paint dept. employees at this location. Both employees were completely bothered with my even being there. There were curt, and irritated by my questions and could offer only distain towards me. Its lucky that I know a bit about painting, because these two certainly weren't going to help. Had someone who really didn't know what to look for or needed went there, God knows how they would have been treated. Go somewhere else where they are happier with their jobs and interested in helping customers. Its not complicated.

This store has great service. Ask any associate for help and they usually will lead you to the answer you're seeking.

I had an excellent shopping experience at this store in Anaheim, Ca. I quickly found what I needed, paid for it and headed to my icar, where Andrew offered to help out and made it from a good shopping trip to an excellent experience.

I am a frequent shopper at Home Dep. Tonights experience at the store on Garden Grove Blvd in Garden Grove, CA inspired me to complete the survey. I was looking for a natural gas grill and sales associate Rich was very helpful in answering my questions as well as supervisor Rochelle. They made it very easy for me to return a grill I had purchased earlier in the day at the Anaheim Home Depot and upon getting it home realized it was not what I wanted. I needed one that could be hooked up to my natural gas line. I had not even unloaded it from my SUV. Both Rich, who helped me bring in the grill I was returning, and Rochelle were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel very satisfied with the purchase and that I will be happy with my new grill. I give both Rich and Rochelle 10's

The assistance was second to none and Daniels help at check out was exceptional, a very nice smile and a warm greeting on such a cold day. I love the home depot.

The store associate in flooring was very helpful and quite knowledgeable in responding to every question and issue that I brought up. At one point he even called to another associate with some 40 years experience in installing wood flooring to verify/validate his response. It was like getting a second opinion at the doctor's office. They dedicated their entire focus and time to me and my concerns. I was really impressed with their honest, caring and attentive attitude.

They all went above and beyond to ensure we got the best products and services for our needs and have been by far one of the highlights of this whole journey of purchasing our home. They made us laugh, feel comfortable and feel like our business was valued. We searched the website to get the perfect refrigerator...Araceli was just the BEST. Then for the rest of our needs after of Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Stove and Microwave...Cindy and Carl took over and literally shopped with us until our list was complete and ensured that all of the products were compatible and set up our orders with such ease. We opened a Home Depot Account and had the best time with these three All Stars. This will be our neighborhood store and I couldn't be any more excited to have them available to help with my future home needs. THANK YOU! You all made us feel special. I purchased two 6' folding tables online. It only took 5 minutes after arriving at the Anaheim store. This was a very fast transaction and great customer service.

The customer service in the garden department was phenomenal. I would like to commend both Miguel and Andrea for being so helpful. Andrea helped me find a cart and immediately directed me to the correct associate to help answer my questions. Miguel was kind, patient and knowledgeable, helping me build my garden from scratch. I will definitely be returning to this Home Depot!

Employees very helpful. Product purchased was Folex Carpet Spot Remover. This stuff is awesome. Researched carpet spot removers on the internet. This product cost less at the store than the prices on the internet.
