Vanessa provided excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional. The attention to detail provided by Vanessa was impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. She is an amazing asset to the Home Depot company. I can’t thank her enough! We chatted with Vanessa she was very helpful and answered all our questions concerning our return/purchases. I believe she had our interest at heart and informed us about the 12 month no interest deal when we spend over 299$.

My family and I frequently visit the Anaheim location Store ( ). We came in for a few items for our Backyard DIY project. Well I thought we only came in for items for our DIY project. While my son and I were off grabbing items needed , my wife wandered off and noticed some beautiful Christmas decor and had to have it. However she knew it would not fit in our car with the car seats inside. Unbeknownst to me , my wife spoke to Vanessa and Vanessa stated "Here this should make it easier” and informed her that my wife would be able to purchase the decor and pick up at a later day. Which made my wife ecstatic because it was the last decor available. My wife met up with myself and my son in aisle 16, and she was all smiles. She raved about how great Vanessa was and her service , and I thought to myself “we only came in for a few items” how did I get stuck about to purchase a 250$ decor item. It’s 30 mins to closing time and we get to Customer Service desk where a gentleman started to assist us because Vanessa was multitasking helping other guest and answering questions from staff. We thought she was apart of the management team, as we stood there all we noticed was Vanessas positive attitude/kindness, it was literally the best part of the whole thing. Not only did she help us and was doing her best to assist another employee in the midst of it all. The employee that was assisting us was taking quite some time to check us out and Vanessa was so patient in showing the gentleman how to do certain purchases however the staff member was a little bit older and continued to get confused. It’s now 5 mins till closing and Vanessa very professional and politely ask the older gentleman did he mind if she took over to assist us while he prepared for closing. Vanessa was quick and efficient and got us out right when the store closed. Vanessa even offered to walk us over and assist us with obtaining our three propane tanks we just purchased and thanked us for our patience and wished us happy holidays. BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN HOME DEPOT ALL BECAUSE OF Vanessa. THANK YOU Vanessa FOR GIVING MY WIFE AND I THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN HOME DEPOT!! We Thank You for your knowledge and service Vanessa . Continue to do great things and always with a smile. TO THE MANAGERS: Other employees should watch and learn from Vanessa and how she interacts with customers. Hopefully they follow her lead.

The employee in the painting section when far and beyond what was expected. People like this should get a raise.

I went to the Anaheim Store on Brookhurst and it was extremely well kept. All of the employees were keeping themselves busy, but not so busy that they were able to pause and help me look for umbrellas. When I found them they were very well priced and good quality. The long umbrellas and they were more than half of the price of the tiny short umbrellas I saw at two other places I went to just before. I was able to buy one for my friend. I always come to this Home Depot if I have anything I need that they would have.

Trained your service desk people to behave good. Girl name Vanessa called me to help to do my return was behaving like I don’t have receipt, it was their one of the item having missing tag and she said we can’t take it back if it has no tags on it. I told her it is in my receipt but she was lazy to do receipt lookup, other girl name Elondra was check my stuff like that I steal it from somewhere, she was giving me wired looks. Always worst experience with service desk

Tam was the flooring gentleman that helped me ...I am a first time home owner and Tam was amazing answered ally questions with no hesitation...he was so friendly as was Danielle the cashier at the self check out they made this so much easier than many times before ...thank u both - DIY GIRL

6647 pro desk WOW !! what a SMILING Polite crew Raul has !!..... even as he was out yesterday. I sent in my order Marissa had it sent back to me, seems like in minutes. Then when i went to leave .... Michele took over and o m gosh did a incredible job getting my order processed !!

Very often it’s hard to find a parking space on the lot. I do notice a number of spaces being used to sell fruit out of trucks or out of the trunks of cars as well as several large trucks looking to be hired out for demo work or junk hauling. I would think there would be some concern for liability if somebody buys food that Might make somebody sick. There’s also a lot of discarded items, trash and debris piled up all over the place and I never really ever see it picked up. its always trashy. That’s the only thing I don’t care about your store. I don’t notice any other Home Depot’s that have these kinds of issues. I do not enjoy pulling up into the parking lot and having to maneuver around so many different large trucks and people standing around as Well as a lot of trash. The people that work inside the store are genuinely nice and I do appreciate their help and expert advice. You seem to hire people that know a lot about the department they’re working in like Plumbing or electric repairs. I rarely get that expert advice at Lowe’s, they appear to be mostly stockers.

I am telling you that Anaheim on Brookhurststore 6647 has the most polite and efficient. A Great crew with Raul leading Marisa on the keyboard...Veronica leading the smiling crew of Sarai,sarai,michele,franencisco,marco,Ana,jazmine........HERES WHAT i SENT in for Oceanside Store 89 on HWY 76 oceanside,Why do you bother to have a PRO desk ?? I asked PHILL at the desk if i can check out with him at the PRO desk ...Phill says.....OH i only do Phone orders .What kind of Pro Desk u Have ????????????

That Pro desk last week Veronica was such a sunshine...she always says Hi with the biggest smile !! She helped me get more order processed so quickly !!! I went today and she was not at the pro desk ?? Store 6647 what are you doing ??? I went over to get a tool...There was Veronica running a register....you know what she looked at me with a HUGE smile and a BIG HELLO !

Very friendly store. Store had everything anyone could ask for. Very knowledgeable employees. I had a lot to shop for. Had a good selection of carpet, carpet pad, wood floors, oven/stove and microwave vented above oven. Installation set up and our military discount. Will use the Anaheim store again.
