Brian in the Kitchen section is the best. He took what was going to be a painful remodel experience and has made it fun and helped us keep it under budget. We ended up purchasing all that was needed from his very cozy desk!

The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and polite at this hardware store, and if they do not have what I want in stock, they usually can order it for me. I especially like their garden center! My favorite hardware store!

This store is so neat and customer service is great! Carl and Josh made me feel like a valued customer! Very satisfied!

From the moment i walk into the store, i am greeted by an associate who really seems to be sincere. Every associate is working with a customer and if they are not, they are putting away inventory or asking me if i need any assistance. I would typically need it if it weren't for the online parts look up prior to attending store. otherwise i am confident they would be able to answer any/all my questions.

I was very happy with the Associates who seemed to be very knowledgeable about the store. I also liked the fact that the cashier was very friendly.

If you are looking to buy appliances, ask for Louie. He knows his stuff and will help you get what you need. We used him for our kitchen remodel 5 years ago, my father's kitchen remodel 2 yrs ago and our new house kitchen remodel this year. Won't oversell and knows the pros And cons of various models, based on your needs. We just purchased everything we need for our new kitchen in one time-saving visi!

I was able to go into store and go strait to the supplies I needed. Everything was well labeled and easy to understand. I checked out through the self-checkout. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes ... Awesome!

It's almost no contest on how this store is compared to others. I never have any problems at this store.

I went in with 2 items in mind to buy. They were in stock and where I expected them to be. Nice and easy. And the Veteran's discount made paying easy also.

The lumber that I buy help me to complete the project, the door repair come up exellent, I was aible to please My Genaral manager. I found everything I need.

We had been told by a Home Depot representative to Report to the Customer Service Desk to pay for an order that had been ordered by a Home Depot Rep. The 'Associate' named Pam, who initially helped us was Rude, Obnoxious, unhelpful, Argumentative and seemed to just not care! After we had waited in line for several minutes she 'informed' us we were at the Wrong Counter and told us we needed to 'go over there'(pointing to her left). After we insisted on speaking with a store manager everything went VERY Smooth and the rest of the Staff was helpful!! Had we Stopped at the experience with Pam, we would've NEVER dealt with this store again!!

When I didn't find associate. Manager herself helped me find the product and calculate right amount of materials needed for my job. She was very courteous, knowledgeable. Even her associate at register stayed one hour more to complete my order even though he had family emergency. Both were extremely helpful and walked extra mile to provide excellent customer service to me. They both are great asset for Home Depot. Their services are highly gratified.

The paint Dept clerk was extremely helpful in finding what I needed. I was very thankful for her knowledge and efficiency plus her friendly demeanor made shopping there a pleasure!!

Asked for help to purchase a Bar-b-que, a Garden Storage shed and Microwave and was helped until checkout time!

The customer service employees were extremely helpful. The employee working with the shades and blinds went above and beyond to meet my needs and help me find what I was looking for.

I was very impressed at how efficiently Saul, April, and Felipe worked as a team to make sure their customers got what they needed as quickly as possible. I needed a difficult paint match when they were busy. Saul never missed a beat. He patiently took the time to get it right. I was very happy with the product and the service.

The store was kept up very clean and all the products were organized and very easy to find. I was pleased with the helpfulness of the associates. Also, I had an awesome cashier named Michael who was super friendly and looked happy to help me.

The help I received from two very courteous young men was knowledgeable. They gave me good and bad reason to choose particular products. The gentleman in plumbing called to find the toilet I wanted because they were out. I got very good help picking doors as well.

Dean the assistant Manager and Tim in Lumber are a customer service power house. Quick and efficient. I will never go to another home depot again! Janet the cashier was fast and friendly. I almost opened a credit account! But I had to leave! Thanks everyone!

I found what I was looking at for easily.and it was organized. Lighting was good.

The main thing that made me so happy with my shopping experience at Home Depot yesterday was the help I received from the associates that let me reach my goal, which was to buy a toilet and arrange to have it installed. Along the way I fell in love with two pink-flowering, braided azalea trees, which I bought, but I digress. I was fortunate to find Luis who helped me decide on the toilet. Originally I was going to buy the cheapest toilet, but, without pressuring me, Luis made clear the advantages of a better product. I had picked out a Kohler toilet because I like the brand. It goes with my bathtub, but I wanted one with a silent (whisper close) toilet seat. I just love those. So Luis pointed me to the American Standard Champion 4 Max, which comes with a silent toilet seat. Luis was so patient as he showed me the different toilet options. When I finally made up my mind, Luis went to get the appropriate cart to take it to customer service, where I would arrange to have it installed. He waited patiently while Michael helped me arrange for the installation of the toilet next week. He even waited patiently while I applied and was approved for a Home Depot Credit Card, which would give me a 10% discount on my purchases and while I signed up to be a Club Member. Finally Luis helped me out to the car and loaded that heavy toilet onto the back seat. Throughout my shopping experience, he was so pleasant and patient. Before I drove off, Luis thanked me for being a Home Depot customer and told me that if I had ANY problem, to let him know, and he would do everything he could to help me. I went home feeling very special. I also want to compliment Michael, who helped set up the installation, and Diana who checked me out. THANKS HOME DEPOT :O)

I love the store and enjoy shopping here but I'm sad you don't cut plexiglass anymore. I had to try and do it myself at home with the plastic scoring tool; that doesn't work :(, and ended up cracking it and now I'm going to have to replace the whole piece. It would have been nice to been able to use a saw or at lest been told that I should use one because the plastic cut tool they recommend was useless. :( you can cut wood but not plastic?
