I love my Home Depot if you can't find it, Most of their people are helpful & cheerful. You will get what you came for and a fast checkout.

location, location, location... very convenient place to shop at, EZ IN EZ OUT..

I went in to buy an expensive power tool in the power tool section. The item was locked in a cage. I walked up to an employee to ask for help and he starts shaking his head no. He told me he would have to go ask that lady who was walking away rapidly. So I went over to the cashier area where there were five teenage employees playing on their cell phones, and ask for help. They said they would call somebody but apparently they never did because no one came. I went back over there after about 10 minutes, and asked another employee if they could call somebody and they just pointed down the weight down the aisle and told me to talk to that person. Once I got the gentleman's attention he was very helpful and checked me out. Customer service sucks here.

We decided to go to Home Depot to purchase a mower, and we were helped by Blake. He was wonderful! He got the mower out for us and wheeled it to the register. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely prefer orange to blue in the future!

We had purchased a patio dining set, from Home Depot. We absolutely love it! It's so comfortable and made very well. A few weeks later it went on sale. We had no problem getting a price adjustment on it.

Our sales person Babbette was absoultley wonderful and mad it so easy to purchase a new dishwasher.

I was buying paint and told the associate in the paint department I wanted to share what color paint I was using with my neighbor. He printed extra labels so I could share with my neighbor. Simple yet pure genius.

I have been trying since February to track down a receipt I misplaced, so that I can make a warranty claim against the manufacturer. Even after talking with a half dozen different employees/managers over several visits to my local Home Depot where I made the purchase in question, and calling corporate archives, they were unable to find my receipt. After receiving a paper copy of my bank state, I decided to try one more time. Amazingly, a friendly supervisor named Connor was able to find my order receipt within just a couple of minutes. He should be promoted asap!

I went to the Home Depot Garden Department to products to improve my yard and garden. The customer service was excellent in helping me find what I needed. I'll be back.

When I went into Home Depot, I immediately was helped by the supervisor of Brian of lumber and loading. He helped me load up my plywood and the wood I need for my fence with no issue. He just asked to help and just took the cart and just helped me.The cashier Jasmine, she was very friendly very nice respectful lady to the two guys that helped me load up my truck. No issues at all. Just treated me with respect and great customer service! I appreciate this whole team at this Home Depot in Arlington off of Cooper. They made my day have a smile because of the respect they gave me. Todays world people don’t care about being respectful or have good customer service but this team made it a good day for me and I so appreciate the respect that they gave here in Arlington, Texas at this Home Depot , thanks again!

I went to the home depot on cooper street. I encountered Terry Matthews a sales person who helped me pick out a washer and dryer. The experience was exceptional. He was very kind, knowledgeable and quick, as I told him I was there on my lunch hour. Then I find out he has been with Home Depot for 23 years!! I can see why! Great guy and great customer service!!

I had a great experience, renting a ladder from this Home Depot location. Cesar was extremely helpful in determining which letter would work best for my needs, he was polite, and went to the extra effort of loading the ladder into the truck for me.

Great product and the customer service was excellent. If you need an appliance, go to this store and ask for Babbette. She'll get you taken care of.

First time in a long time that I had an associate offer me assistance. She was very helpful and eager to please.

As I was exiting the store with my purchase of boxes, I came across two male employees peeking into my car. One was African American with a ponytail of dreads and the other was a Hispanic-looking boy wearing a grey hoodie. They were looking into my backseat, frontseat, and whispering among themselves. I am smart enough to know to never keep anything in my car so there wasn't anything to catch their attention but my car itself. They were literally less than a foot away and touching my windows. When I approached, I asked them if there was something I can help them with. They said, "nah." I said, "well, what are you doing?" They said, "we're just looking." I said, "you know how suspicious this looks?" and they said, "yeah." Lastly, I said, "do I need to go in there [the store] and talk to someone?" They said, "no" and walked away. As they did, they were both sagging and wearing matching royal blue underwear. I was shaken as I got into my car and took my time driving away. When I did, I noticed they were looking into other people's cars before the Hispanic-looking boy proceeded to lie down on the concrete as if he were taking a nap and the African American boy took one cart to a nearby dock. This was near the exit/professional parking spaces marked with the white and black signage. I began to call the store number and no one picked up, so I parked on the other side of the store (the nursery side) and went to talk to the employee at the nursery checkout. I asked for a manager and he said, "you have to go inside." I asked, "can't you page someone to come here?" Keep in mind, I did not want to go in the store and risk the boys seeing me, but the employee at the nursery checkout said, "they take too long to come here, it's best to go to customer service." I was frustrated but I obliged, however, the poor service continued. Before me in line was a customer with an oversized cart and a lot of items to return. He was blocking the full entrance to the que, so myself and the other customers stood near the "enter" sign. An employee (a Hispanic-looking woman with blond highlights and a face full of makeup) passed us by and said nothing for minutes. I don't know if the other employee working the customer service counter got her attention, but she finally said, "are yall in line?" I was like "....yes...." She called me over and I asked to speak to a manager, but not before cutting me off while I was speaking to tell me she needed me to speak louder. She was rude and disrespectful and I was doing my best to keep my composure at this point. She called someone on the phone and told me to wait. She then proceeded to help the next customer. I waited. I waited. I waited. No one came. A third customer service woman appeared at the register directly across from the rude Hispanic-looking woman, an African American woman and she asked if I had been helped. When I told her I think a manager had been called, the Hispanic-looking woman goes, "Sunny is going to take awhile getting here." I suppose all managers at this location are slow or no-shows because I wound up leaving and trying the customer service line again. I called three more times and the phone kept ringing with no answer. I posted on Google, but it will take a few days to show up. I am hoping others visiting this location will be warned. In short, in my infrequent visit to get a simple batch of boxes, I was not helped upon entering the store even though I passed dozens of employees. I would have been okay with that, as it looked like this location was fairly busy. But upon leaving, my property was threatened by two Home Depot employees who are poor representatives of the cooperation that pays them. I was brushed off by the employee working the nursery, disrespected by the employee at customer service, and ignored by management. Will be sending this same letter to corporate.

Went to store to return tool for which I received no electronic receipt. Had more than 10 customers in line to return items, but only two cashiers available. One of them was obviously need and needed her hand held every two minutes while “helping” one customer. Of course, I drew her when I reached the front of the line a half-hour later. It took her, her associate and finally an asst mgr another 20 minutes to complete my return.

I brought a huge problem to Lashonnda who helped me get resolution that I had been unable to do for the past month.

Bought a bunch of roofing materials including shingles for a new house construction. Got a special bid price from their Pro Desk! Wished I knew they could also provide the lumber package. Pro Desk folks are incredible, especially Carlos and Randall that I have dealt with. They are very knowledgeable about the new construction business. Who said there are no services at Home Depot!

The cashier kept laughing at me while I was having some trouble with the keypad. It was so weird and uncomfortable.

I received a ton of help from Shiya and Darren here, as well as Alex on another recent trip. Shiya and Darren helped me a lot with finding the right ladder for my project and getting it to the register. Alex helped me load up my lumber and even cut it all for me. All three employees made me feel so respected and were extremely kind. I can't thank them enough because going to Home Depot by myself as a woman can be rather intimidating at times. They made it such a positive experience!

Both delivery staff, Ms. Sydney & Mr. Erick, were awesome assisting me with professional guidance on their product knowledge. You're lucky to have them in this atmosphere of distant, uninvolved workers. Keep 'em around. Glad I chose Home Depot and will return when I have repair needs.
