HD uses a 3rd party delivery service that just refused to deliver 4 different times

I shop at this store a lot and have always liked how clean the store is. Always have everything i want in stock. Pam was really helpful in helping me find a few tools i didn't know i needed, she is a great asset to your store .

Do not purchase appliances from this store! I purchased a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator from Home Depot when purchasing my new home. Closing was postponed so I called to reschedule delivery. Upon closing the refrigerator was back ordered so we waited 10 days without a refrigerator. When it came time for delivery, I was told the order was cancelled unbeknownst to me. They indicated they wouldn’t hold a refrigerator over 30 days despite them actually not having in stock. They can’t “hold” appliances that they didn’t actually have inventory of. We were ultimately without a refrigerator 21 days. Do not buy appliances from Home Depot… their sales practices are faulty and they sell appliances they don’t have in inventory!

Huge shout out to Bri and Floor and Decor Department for custom service excellence. She was patient, courteous, and helped me quickly make selections and arrange for a pre-installation measure of our windows. Great experience.

Every time I shop here, I never have a hard time finding someone to help direct me to the products I'm looking for and if I'm not sure what products to get for my project at the time there is always someone who can help me think out my project so I get all of my parts every time(well almost every time, I always forget something 😅) but I highly recommend this location as they have a great inventory and great employees to go with it! Always have a great experience whenever I shop here!

Helpful employees make all the difference and the Arvada Store has many of them. That's why I shop there.

WE had two people who were very helpful. The man who helped us cut three large pieces of plywood (thick) and also the lady who checked us out. Both were very helpful courteous and efficient.

I shop here a dozen times a year. The staff are some of the best of anywhere I shop. I always find about 80% of what I need, and they help me think of alternatives

Now that homedepot got rid of cashiers and registers and made everything “self” checkout. They have decided that an employee needs to check you out at the self checkout. It’s so slow and annoying. Stop it Home Depot. You got rid of the cashiers to save money. Now you’re slowing everyone down by forcing employees to scan my stuff. Don’t call it self checkout out if you won’t allow me to check myself out.

We put in an online order, and it showed it was ready. I went to customer service to pick it up and this older woman with pink hair started screaming at me to never come before the two hour processing time and it wasn’t ready. Why would it show it was ready for pick up if it was not. Anyway, we returned the online order and just the bought the item. I’m sure this woman’s unprofessionalism and lack of wanting to do her job cost the company money as they processed the credit card online, had to process a return and processed a new payment as I just picked up the item and bought it. What a waste of time. I know it’s hard to get workers these days but it was clear this lady was just angry and didn’t want to do her job!

I bought this about a month ago, and have had numerous problems, spent huge number of hours, put on hold for long periods, disconnected, no help there, but only sent to other companies to spend my time to resolve flawed appliance.

I wanted to see the price of a plastic dog. The store people were there to help. They are a blessing to me.

Bought a range, refrigerator, & dishwasher within the last 2 weeks. Spent a lot of money there. All was helpful but went to replace my storm door that was guaranteed from Anderson. Had to go back 4 times as first 3 times nobody could help. 1st time clerk (with green hair) was very rude and drilled me with questions about if I was a contractor, supplier, etc. before she even asked if she could help - didn’t even say hi. Have to wait till Nov. 11th to receive my storm door even thou you have 4 of them.

I purchased a Ductless Mini Split from Home Depot, needing installation, first they told me they could do that, then they said they couldn't. Now I am trying to find someone who can install it !!

Unable to pay for purchase using 'Tap' with credit using my phone. Was forced to leave the store, retrieve alternate payment method, reenter, and insert my card into the machine, which is VERY risky, for both me and the store. I'd think a large corporation like Home Depot which surely experiences a lot of unauthorized credit card purchases would know the importance of accepting TAP!

Trying to decide on which washer to purchase I was very thankful for Steve Chapman who helped give me information that allowed me to make an informed decision on which model to purchase. His knowledge and clarify of information are invaluable. He made all of the steps in the purchase process easy and very clear. Thanks for his years of experience and knowledge.

I bought a cordless battery operated Ryobi leaf blower that was on sale for $62.00. The size fits me perfectly. However, I would like more power to blow leaves when they start falling.

I go to this store quite often and for the majority of the time I get great service. But for the last couple of times I have been there I had to break up employees socializing and get assistance. I know they know I was there because they were looking dead at me and not one of them came over and see if I needed anything. This has happened twice in 1 week. Once in tools and the other in check out (needed help in scanning an item) again too busy socializing and not watching me scan items. Please have a chat with your employees I have been going to this store for over 20 years.

The 5 Employees I encountered in Arvada, to my pleasant surprise, desired to help and were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the store's inventory and how that inventory is used.

A-tone in the plumbing section was a great listener and very helpful. He provided multiple ideas to help me unclog my drain

Employee Lindy was great in helping me figure out which tool I needed to buy. She made my experience quick and easy.

The installers did not know how to remove the old unit. The renter's boyfriend told them how. When they left, they did not clean up the fiberglass from the old unit and tracked the fiberglass across the floor.
