I was fortunate to meet two employees who were very interested in seeing I had a successful shopping experience. Alan helped me to get what tools and accessories I needed and helped me navigate the November ad successfully. Britney (cashier) also helped to see that I checked out with all the items I needed to have a successful combination of tools and accessories for the jobs I planned to do.

I always feel right at home around the employees at this store. The whole store just feels more homey and friendly.

We are new home buyers and are installing a ceiling fan as well as a garage door. On our second trip of the day we met Alan in the screw department who was very helpful with finding the correct parts. When checking out a larger dark complexion employee came up since he recognized us from earlier when he assisted us with a fan. Though he was clearly leaving he took the time to ask how our fan install had gone. We did not catch this gentleman’s name but the cashier believed it was AJ or something similar.

Michael in lumber and Arnold in plumbing were awesome and helped us get exactly what we needed. They were attentive and kind. I'm glad we have such awesome people at our local Home Depot.

Good day, Would you drive an extra 30 blocks for excellent customer service? How about 25 miles knowing a store has many qualified individuals at your beckoning? I have and will continue to do so even if it costs me more money in gas, but saves this contractor lots of time, frustration, and anxiety. Thus, money well spent! To many want to complain, and this year, is in the top 10 of the worst of years. Yet, with very few bright spots, there has been a beacon, a light, that has come from the Home Depot on 52nd and Wadsworth which continues to outshine all the other Home Depot’s in Colorado. Yes, in Colorado. As a contractor, I have been too Home Depot them Front Collins, to Pueblo, and can guarantee, that there is no comparison, between the Home Depot on 52nd and Wadsworth and all the others. This review is specifically for the loyal, knowledgeable, friendly, fast-paced employees at the customer service deck on 52nd. From Vanessa or Chris who has not crushed, or gained an attitude under pressure, they can help you from online, orders to big tickets, to renting a truck and returns. If your problem is a bit more complexed, then you are in the best, literally the best of hands with the younger Steve, who literally crushes it! Onto Tonya who has garnered my trust, and loyalty as much as the manager Teresa (Lafayette 3 years ago) which is HUGE! These two are some of the best in the business, and literally are just awesome to work with. This is astronomically important for a contractor, and I cannot give them enough praise. If you are needing one of these services, do not hesitate to drive to 52nd and Wadsworth and I guarantee that you will be driving a little extra to save yourself time, money but more importantly anxiety and needless frustration.

Vee Story in the Appliance Department was incredible. She was so helpful and very kind. She was so gracious with all of our questions and her time (while also being attentive and available to other shoppers.) She made what felt like a very large purchase more comfortable and informed on all ways. Thank you Vee!

This store always has what we need. If you’re in the market for new cabinets, seek out a kitchen design appointment with Steve G. He knows how to design the perfect kitchen lay out.

Kristine in the cabinet/kitchen remodel department was great. We were originally hesitant going with a big box store but the experience throughout pricing and design was much better than we had hoped and made it an easy choice in the end.

WORST APPLIANCE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I bought a dishwasher and paid extra for delivery and professional installation. When the team came, they installed it wrong and didn't even test it. When I went to run it it didn't work. A week later another team came and verified that it was not working and said they would order another unit from the manufacturer. About 10 days after that a third team came and said the couldn't do the installation because I had aluminum electrical wires instead of copper and it was a risk for electrical fire. That didn't stop the first team from installing it though! So my home and family was at risk for electrical fire this whole time!?! And I was still washing dishes by hand for over a month! I asked for the delivery team to come back and pick it up so I could get a refund and they no-showed twice. Eventually I uninstalled it and drove it back to the store myself because no one would help me. This is the worst customer service I have ever had, and borderline criminal negligence. Customer service just passed me around and I felt completely helpless, no-one would step up and actually help me. My advice to everyone: DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE!!!

Good prices and sales but don't agree with political contributions

Just want to give a shout out to the 2 employees, cedar (I think) and an older gentleman who help out tremendously. I'm not sure, though, whos bright idea it was to stack heavy grills on the very top shelves. Thanks for all the hard work that was put into retrieving it!

We had absolutely fantastic service especially in the appliance division of the store where we were purchasing. The sales associate, Vee Story, was so helpful, knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality! Highly recommended visiting her if appliances are what you are looking for!

Customer Service Manager Anthony Baca provides the kind of customer service that is the definition of “Going above & beyond”!! It’s a rare find that an employee at a corporate store setting actually cares about making sure the customer’s issue is resolved and that they leave happy, which obviously makes us want to come back! Great experience, Anthony Baca is killin the game!! Give that man a RAISE, & by that I mean monetarily, not a pizza party! Trust me Home Depot, you’re gonna want to show Mr. Baca you appreciate him, so you don’t loose him, he’s definitely winning back the customers your corporate division’s inadequacies would have lost!! But I’ll still NEVER use Home Depot’s online options ever again!! I’ll only go to the store, where people like Anthony make all the difference!!

Solid store with knowledgeable staff and a lot of checkout lanes...so you won't be waiting around in line.

The customer service employees should always look beyond the first computer screen when encountering a problem with an order or ask another more knowledgeable employee how to work around a problem with another approach.

Customer service is great and curbside is perfect for people who just want to get in and get out quick store is always crowded so that tells me they are doing something write keep up the good work! Plus they have a cool app to help you find the stuff you need

The young man(John/Delivery) who helped me was great, he was so knowledgeable about the store layout and help me find the product I was looking for. Quickly! Will definitely shop here again.
