Dan in windows and doors is probably one of the best Home Depot employees and made my shopping experience painless and fun! Very smart, helpful, caring and funny guy that went way out of his way to assist me !

The store is well stocked the people are great and very helpful and have good knowledge of their departments and product. The checker are friendly . Great store and I use alot of them all over the state.

Staff in the storm door department really knew their product and also how the systems inside Home Depot work. I was guided by staff who understood what I was trying to do and made it happen. This made my time efficient, which was important as I was trying to accomplish some complex purchases for multiple properties. I was really impressed with the staff in this department.

I really appreciated the cashier, Jamie, who was very helpful when I was checking out.

Exceptional customer service from employees throughout the store! Clean and well-stocked merchandise in every department. Everyone was friendly & helpful and even helped me get a large item loaded into my car. Great store!!

This store is incredibly busy, yet it never seems to run out of any merchandise. It always has everything I need and in sufficient quantity. This a real plus for me when I am planning a job. I buy a lot of items at HD and will continue to do so. I also very much appreciate the expertise and manufacturer's representatives that are available for consultation in the tools section. The store employees are very helpful and it is reassuring to ask an employee for an item's location and get the correct answer.

I’m a handy person who loves the Arvada Homedepot. It’s a very large store, but easy to manuevior and find what I need. Lots of products and options with knowledgeable employees available to help find the right tool. I love this store!

The people are always so helpful. Even when you find an employee who is already helping someone else, they usually say something like, "I will be glad to help you, if you could let me finish helping this other client?". Rarely have I had to wait more than a minute for assistance.

Store is always crowded it is difficult to get in and out. store layout is not consistent with other stores making it more challenging to find products and checkout. People are very helpful which makes the above tolerable.

The store was fairly cluttered and most of the staff was not very helpful. Our cashier however, Jamie, was extremely helpful and polite, and should probably be promoted to management. Just saying.

This store is always very clean and organized. The employees are helpful and never rude. I can always get proper guidance to the items I'm shopping for at the Arvada store. It seems that this store has a strong management team. Best HD in the Metro area by far!

Excellent service - skilled, professional and friendly employees.

After making a purchase I stopped by the hot dog stand and purchased a hot dog and drink (Like the fact that your hot dog prices are very reasonable) saw a table already being used by a Home Depot Employee asked if I could join him at the table and was made welcome to join him. Got to talking with him and the conversation turned to how well this Home Depot was doing as he seemed to have the numbers on sales etc., figured he must be in Management and asked if he was in Management, turned out that Slim Tim was a Co-Manager of the store. So I pumped him for information, learned that this store does $100,000,000,000.00 in annual sales and was the leader in the mid west. That they have a wonderful stock purchase plan for their employees ( they get to purchase HD stock at a 15 % discount) , if I wanted a Retail job I would certainly consider Home Depot and with this successful store that has such strong management.

What a wonderful experience today. I left the store with everything I needed to do a project. Wally could not have been any more helpful to me. If you use this store be sure to ask for Wally's. He works plumbing but know lots about other departments.

I travel two hours to access this store. We live in a rural area (I raise wheat and some cattle). I also waited to make this single purchase.This store is "always" stocked and packed with consumers. This is an active and interactive staff with the public whether purchases, information or price comparisons are the purpose for the visit. Parking can be an issue due crowding. The location is traffic locked at a major intersection.

There is a lady in customer service named Carmen. She is the most capable, helpful person I have ever dealt with in any customer service position. With a difficult problem, she did not say "sorry", but instead walked me through the store, looking for different employees to work with to resolve the issue. I just completed phase one of a remodel, $30,000 so far, and will be back to Home Depot for the rest, due to customer service like this!

Kelly was extremely helpful by jumping in and helping the return desk gal who was swamped.

Arvada Home Depot offers excellent support, regardless of your need for your visit. They provide kind and respect treatment of all people.
