Both Tanecia and Will were very friendly and professional. Also the two that assisted loading the pallet of merchandise onto our trailer were friendly and professional as well.

Every time I shop here I am greated with eye contact and a friendly smile. All the employees seem to be trained and knowledgeable about nearly every items location, and given time they will get you a exact location! This is a well managed store.

Had the literal worst experience at home depot we have EVER had in our life tonight. Mind you we go alot to home depot for many things... so tonight we had a cashier Nancy. After i asked her to help us because she wouldn't acknowledge us at first.... she picked up the scanner... I go to show her my prox acct info to scan... she refused to scan my pro x acct at start of transaction till i told her what it was and that she could, she remarked oh most ppl do that after we scan things, well then as my husband and I readied our items to scan we had questions bout product details, well Nancy decided that was not worth asking and blew us off, so as my husband and I deliberated n dbl counted boxes she chose to go and stand w the next cpl in line and have a conversation w them about how we were clueless, basically dumb and wasting time. Well my husband dropped a box during this, Nancy laughed out loudly, so I spoke up to Nancy n the ppl she was standing with and said we can spend our money as we choose if u have to give us an attitude to let us buy stuff that's on you it's our money to spend as we wish.... so then Nancy decides she's goin to come back to the register.. as she grins and laughs under her breath. .. she ask so how many boxes do u have? But I had already told her when we walked up that we were buying 15 and just tryin to steady it on the cart so she could go ahead to start scanning... but that's when she left to go with the cpl n talk like that to Help them bash us in the first place!..... So now she's back at the register after i had to stick up for me n my husband.. so she laughed and says how many I said 15, it's been 15 always u can count them yourself as ur the professional here as you're technically supposed to count them since u are the one scanning our stuff right? She literally just makes this baffled noise and resist just scanning things 1 at a time. I have to literally tell her 15 please scan these n our concrete...We get to the check out part finally, she ask for the job name. So I tell her... for whatever reason she can't get it to go in no matter what? Never had this trouble before either till this moment.... So she says can't we just put in he he he she implies it's a funny occurrence so it's suitable here, so I tell her whatever after tryin to get her to do anything but put in hehehe. She laughed at us with other customers. She never wanted to check us out to start, i had to say maam.... then even at the end she just was awful in relaying anything. She did not offer to have someone help us load our things, she did not say thank you. She truly made the rest of our night awful as we have never been made fun of by any cashier before in any business, let alone try to defy or act like we were doin anything but tryin to count boxes ask a cpl little questions and check out pay n leave. We have been doing remodeling w home depot products for years and like to come to home depot alot regularly, but I am telling you I will tell ppl I kno about Nancy and how awful she treats ppl to avoid her!!! If I'm being honest she helped us check out once before in the past and she was very unpleasant then but we just blew it off as maybe she was havin a bad day. But after this visit it's clearly not a bad day and clearly her as a person that thinks she can treat judge and more like she wants out loud publicly. Like we almost just left our stuff we wanted there at the counter because of this interaction today. We are clearly upset and mostly in disbelief of how she carried herself as a worker for home depot.

Poor communication between management and employees, took over an hour to get 1 bunk of plywood loaded with a forklift and the store was empty with customers. Don't shop here if you need quick or good service....

My cashier was super friendly and spunky! She helped me search what products I needed then showed me right where it was in the store! Every associate was nice and greeted me with a Big smile! Everyone is always so nice! I can tell family and service is what the Home Depot is all about!!!

A great Home Depot store in Auburn, Indiana and great employees. All were very helpful.

I had a great experience tonight at this store. Needed a fluorescent light bulb and Kris without hesitating helped me look for the product and even went to the computer too look it up even when we could not find on the shelf. It was up on the very top shelf and went and got a stair ladder, got it down. He was so pleasant and helpful . Zackry was my cashier and was very pleasant and helpful. I walked out with a smile on my face over my shopping experience. I have many projects I’ll be doing at my home this year and I will be back to this store for my needs! If you are a commercial construction worker and have an opportunity to stop at this home Depot in the mornings especially you will be greeted with a very friendly cheerful cashier. She makes shopping here a very pleasant experience!

The store is conveniently located with easy access to I-69. It is not in a heavy traffic area and we like that. The store is clean and employees very helpful and friendly.

The employees always remember us and are helpful

The highway entrance, Indiana 8, is very busy and traffic backs up while waiting to go into the parking lot or back out on the highway. A traffic light or some other traffic control would be great. I generally plan to go to the Home Depot from the west, entrance is a right turn, and exit is a right turn to take a back road home.

The Home Depot in Auburn is always clean and organized to easily find what we need. The team always asks if we need help. The cashier experience is always easy with help available. We love The Home Depot!

Me and my husband recently bought a house to flip we are renovating this house and we visit Home Depot almost on a daily basis. I save every receipt and I enter and all my receipts for a chance to win the $5000 gift card. We average around $500-$1000 a week, we end up with 5 to 10 receipts on a week weekly basis how hard is it to actually win one of these surveys I have been entering these receipts for the last four weeks. No luck yet.

I went in looking for a product to use and couldn't find anything that would work until a nice customer service man helped me to find something that would work. Other places would have just said we don't have what I was looking for but this guy had some suggestions and helped me find something that would work and even took it to the front of the store so we could continue shopping. He went above and beyond. Thank You!

As we are building a new home this year(23) we have shopped several different stores in our region. We were very pleased with our experience at the store. An employee helped us find what we were looking for and then alerted us to a promotional item associated with the product that was advertised online. He even took us to customer service to check that it could be applied and it was. We were very happy.

Returned a 6 month old dehumidifier that stopped working. The mfg. did not honor the warranty that was filed after purchase nor was there an authorized service center in our area. Frustrated, we returned unit to where it was purchased (HomeDepot-Auburn). Taking unit to Returns Dept. where we shared mfg. on-line responses the decision to swap out unit was seamlessly made. Wonderful customer service.
