the younger man knew i was by myself, after helping me get the product down off a higher shelf, he followed me out to help me load the products in my truck, awesome job.

If you plan on going to Home Dept forn any appliances....stop into the appliance department and see Alex or Dan. They were both very knowledgeable gentlemen and helped us tremendously! We left there with big smiles and huge discounts with what they had going on at the time! Well DEFINITELY be going back for other stuff we need! Btw....we r remodeling a house we just bought! I can't wait to see what the finished product looks like!!

We shop at Auburn Store on a regular basis. The Staff is always helpful, cordial and friendly. Very convenient location.

The cashier Julie was very friendly, knowledgeable about the sale items, and careful with our plants as she scanned them. It is hard to find quality employees, and Julie is an asset to the Auburn Home Depot.

The wood siding was great looking after hanging it.

I came in after visiting the Fort Wayne Home Depot and the quality of training at the Auburn store of the employees helping find my flooring. The SKU for some reason could not be found in Fort Wayne but when I arrived at the Auburn store the associates knew how to migrate the system and found it with out issue.

I was in for some paint supplies. Store Cashier Helen was great to help me with the self checkout process. She was very friendly and zipped me right through the process. HD is very fortunate to have employees such as Helen.

I am retired and enjoy do it yourself projects. Always depend on HD to guide me. Currently tiling backsplash in kitchen. Being 80 plus, their guidance is always appreciated. I utilize the veterans discount as well.

Every time I go into the store the customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Several times I have needed extra help either finding items or cutting of plywood and 10 foot long PVC pipes. Alex in the plumbing department has gone above and beyond what I ever expected. The cashiers are always greeting you with a smile and I’ve yet to run into anyone that doesn’t seem happy to be working at the Home Depot!

I use this location often......and I have never been disappointed with the products or services rendered. Its a smaller Home Depot location... but seems to be stocked very well and always has enough employees on the floor to advise or process my visit.

I always buy my paint from home depot and the color cards are a match when you use the paint unlike some other home improvement stores. Behr is a quality worth my money.

Everyone is so nice! I needed to pick up an order, while there I needed water softener. I was told that if I purchase 6 bags, that I get $3-$4.00 off. What a deal! Had I not been told about this; I would have only purchased 3 bags. So a BIG thank you to Sky for telling me about the sale and saving me $ in the long run. The customer service staff were also very friendly and helpful when I picked up my order.
