A great service to the community... has most everything for the general contractor to the do-it-youself homeowner... I am a regular satisfied customer... I take my grandson occassionaly just so he can watch the fork lifts!!

With the exception of two experiences over a number of years, the attitude of employees and managers at this store is terrible.

Had previous issues with this particular Home Depot location but I have to tell you that if you do go, please ask for Merry at the customer service desk. She is EXCELLENT! She only started 2 months ago and what a difference! Talk about good customer service skills and relationships with engaging with customers. Top Notch all the way!

People in this store have always been helpful and they seem to know all the regular customers which is huge when you are frustrated by whatever project you seem to be mired in. If you need anything having to do with doors/windows or just need a little levity in your life, see Alina. She's awesome.

Customer service was very poor I didn't realize that until afterwards when I read other reviews I agree employees were unhelpful and actually rude I was ignored when I first arrived to return my item And the employee who be grudgingly came to assist me didn't seem to know what she was doing and in her frustration took it out on me. It was highly unprofessional I will go out of my way and drive an extra hour if ever I need to shop at a Home Depot again

Jimmy Brennan in the appliance department knows his stuff. Made my purchase easy and frankly enjoyable. I'll be back!!!

The store is well organized and the staff is very friendly. They help you find what you need and can tell you how to use the tools you purchase.

We came in to order a new window unit for our home. The employees were very patient and helpful. Then, later, when we determined we had given them the wrong dimensions, not knowing how to measure properly, they worked diligently and helpfully to rectify the situation, which took several steps to complete. We will go there in the future, for sure.

The employees were very helpful by the use of a forklift to bring down boxes from a high up shelf. Afterwards everything was brought up to the register for us and also loaded in our trailer. This was all done in a very timely and friendly manner.

A woman at the Avon Home Depot has been cashier for a very long time. Always always, consistently friendly ,helpful, conversational, and makes it all about the customer. She is sensational! i'm embarrassed I don't remember her name. But I think she is the only one you've had this long. Easily identifiable

Heather in the carpet department was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She really knew the products I was shopping for and provided excellent customer service. She showed me the special promotion carpets and guided me through choosing the best carpet padding for my circumstances. I would certainly shop for carpet at this home depot again.

I have been going through a major renovation of recently purchased condo in the Edwards area. This store is my "go to" place for all my needs. Location is great, store is neat and well organized, etc. but the most important feature to me is the overall outstanding quality of the employees. The local team is consistently helpful, friendly, professional, give outstanding advice, great recommendations. This store and this team have been an incredible resource to me in the last couple months. THANKS!

Home Depot is good for only the most generic items. Quite often it is hard to find a customer service representative to help, although some are very good.

The guys at the paint counter literally talked me through transforming my entire kitchen. I was able to completely redo my cabinets, counter tops and back-splash with their help.

I have always had a positive fun experience at the Avon, CO Home Depot. The staff is always accessible and helpful. They know their products and where everything is located. If something needs to be special ordered, they know how to make it happen as quickly as possible. The staff often has suggestions about the newest products and ease of install. I also love the weekend workshops for the kids. My children are enthusiastic about the next household project, whether it is building a deck or treehouse, or helping paint, they see it as fun!! Home Depot in Avon, CO has made weekend chores easy
