The store was arranged differently than stores in Kansas, had no problem finding what I needed. Abundance of staff inventorying and restocking items early in morning. Clean and well lit. Snowing heavy outside, sidewalk clean.

This is the best place !!! Even my puppy loved the great care

Since it was Christmas Eve, I used the Mobile App to check our local store to see if the items were carried and in stock. Items were listed as available and the number represented was accurate when I went in to pick them up!! Hooray! Sales associates knew exactly what aisle I could find my last minute items!! Thanks for making my Christmas complete for all the guys I struggle to shop for! Keep up the Mobile App for all to rely on. Happy New Year!

Associate helped immensely without my even asking. Checkout was quick, clerk very friendly and fun. This is a large store with a great diversity of products. It is easy to get lost trying to find things and the associates are very willing to help, always pleasant, even if it will be a small purchase.

I was looking for a dryer and was told about the upcoming black Friday sale to save some money!

Though it took us about ten minutes to find an associate who was not occupied with another customer (it was Saturday morning). When we did find someone, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this store!

When ever I go in to the store I can get get help right away. If they do not have they can get it

Generally, there is minimal staff at this location and very difficult to get help of any kind. We were fortunate to find someone that was knowledgeable in the interior door area that was very helpful.

Purchase was made on phone after viewing on line. Called the store and spoke to sales associate Ralph, who was extremely helpful, polite, took all my information and made arrangements for item to be picked up at the store. Told me he would call the man who is picking it up for me and tell him it was ready for pickup

people are always understanding and willing to find the right person for me

It took over 30 minutes to find an associate that was capable of assisting with an electrical lighting question. Once the staff memeber arrived, he was very helpful. The time it took to get assistance was far too long.

Jim Brennan the appliance Specialist was great to work with. He was well versed and organized and made my purchases easy.

Due to SEVERAL less than pleasant/positive experiences at our local Home Improvement Store here in Silverthorne....we have made the drive, several times, to the Avon Home Depot store where we have always received prompt and courteous customer service. I order what we want online and it is always available very soon after I place the order. GREAT job Avon Home Depot!!!!

I know what to expect as far as how long my trip will take because of the employee consistency

We ended up purchasing the grill at Home Depot even re though we had previously looked at the same grill at Lowes (closer to our home) because the employees were so helpful!

It is so wonderful to get an associate that is helpful and knowledgable about DIY projects so we had everything we needed to do our project!

Could not locate an associate for quite some time; he then tried to walk away when I used his first name; checkout process was lengthy and discouraging

I always get my needs met- big or small. If someone doesn't have an answer, they quickly find someone that does.

There are always plenty of employees able to (knowledgeable) and proactive about helping you at this store. They know the products, where they are located and if you need specific information that s/he may not know, then they walk with you to find someone who does.
