I received extraordinary customer service when I visited the Baldwin Park location on 7/16/22. I shopped in the Garden Center and asked staff member Greg for help with a juniper tree. Greg was very nice and put the tree in my shopping cart, wrapped the tree so the dirt would not spill in my car, and helped me carry and place the heavy tree into my car. This location has the most beautiful array of plants it’s always a pleasure to visit!!

RUDOLPH HE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.. THAT WORK GREAT WITH HIS TEAM MEMBERS AND THE TEAM MEMBERS WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM GREAT,TO HELP THE CUSTOMER WITH ANY PROBLEMS THAT COME UP.. THANKS HOME DEPOT FOR YOU EMPLOYEES HELP

Visited the store little panic because I was looking for a tub spot for my master bath. Knowing that I probably wouldn't find what I was looking for, I went ahead and tried anyway. I was immediately greeted by coach Rafael and his trainee in the plumbing department. They spent over 30 minutes listening to my stress and immediately knew how to resolve my issue. They were attentive, patient and extremely helpful. They are an asset to the Baldwin Park Home Depot. I just wish more team members or as willing to assist. Thanks again guys.

As soon as I walked in the garden sec I was greeted with a warm welcome to Home Depot...Then I was asked it there was anything that they could help me with. Store was clean and in order...fully stocked

MICHAEL AND DANIEL WAS HELPFUL AND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME PLACED THE BAGS OF SAND SO THAT IT WOULD BE EASY FOR ME TO UNLOAD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND KIND.

Employee Kimberly had an attitude and was extremely rude. I won't come back to this location!

I alway have had positive experience at the Baldwin Park Home Depot Store, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean 95 percent of the time. Especially during this past year with Covid-19, they have maintain the shopping carts clean and disinfected.

This Home Depot has some of the most professional and kindest associates. The PRO Desk are always diligently working hard to help customers and most importantly their sensitivity to customers needs makes all the difference. I would like to commend Giselle (PRO Desk) and Evan (Lumber area) for their assistance, professionalism and friendliness.

I am currently adding about 1,200 square feet to my home and the staff at Home Depot (Baldwin Park) been so helpful in terms of making it happen. They went above and beyond to help me answer endless questions, assisting/locating products, and even assisted with loading my cart and then onto my truck. I would like to commend Evan, Joseph, and Juan V. for their professionalism, being diligent and most importantly their kindness toward all customers. Mr. LL

Best store in the San Gabriel Valley! Lots of dedication put into this store to make it great and it really shows, easy to find products and lots of staff willing to help, the place is kept very neat. Overall best experience, beats all others nearby.

Alyssa at Pro desk was very professional, helpful and most importantly friendly. She was able to help locate what I needed and made sure that an associate helped with loading it onto my vehicle.

I always have had positive experiences coming to this store. I can spend hours on their gardening section❤. They have great customer service!

it is Very Useful Store Sometimes You can Find Good Customer Service. Other times Your kinda on your own. You can't blame a Kid for Needing a Job to make car payments.
