Excellent customer service!

Stephanie E. helped us with an order that was not on site but she was able to locate a store nearby that had what we needed and more. She helped us with the purchase and all we had to do was pick it up at the other location. She even called to have the other store do a visual confirmation and put it aside for us. We really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. L&L Kitchen

THE STAFF AT THIS HOME DEPOT ARE PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT AND FRIENDLY. THE ASSOCIATES THAT HELPED US (WILLIAM L. AND HUGO P. ) TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US MAKE SURE THAT WE ORDERED ENOUGH FLOORING AND THAT WE WILL RECEIVE IT ON TIME FOR OUR PROJECT. THEY WERE RECEPTIVE WHEN WE ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT AND GOT STORE MANAGER TO HONOR OUR REQUEST.

Very good store better than others.

Was treated like criminals with my 6-year-old daughter and my 4-year-old son along with my wife, was physically escorted to a self checkout and was degraded by numerous employees as they stood over me and I had to hand over every item after I scanned. I spent $1,278.84 cash and was being harassed the whole time, the whole store not just staff but customers heard the staffs remarks and turned they're attention on to me and my family for no reason.. this whole time the staff was making remarks that" Hes not gonna be able to pay watch" "How embarrassing for his family"" ready to detain him" and a lot more other comments that are two degrading to repeat... Never experienced this kind of customer service in my life... I did not do one single action for them to even suggest of me doing any kind of wrongdoing for them to degrade me the way they did...

From manager to cashiers are all helpful and friendly.

Your employee Mellissa was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable about a particular product i was looking to find. It was the quickest trip to home depot that I have had.

Melissa, the cashier was very rude to my senior citizen mother in law just because she wanted to pay with cash. I have more free time to work on my home and was considering opening up a credit card at Home Depot but the cashier left a sour taste in my mouth. Please don't treat senior citizen customers like trash.

It was great that you had 3 customer return cashiers; most stores only have one. So, then there is a long line. So....NO long line at Home Depot today.

The store associate that pulled my online pick up was very nice and made sure I was assisted promptly when I was waiting in line. The store is always clean and free of clutter.

Associates are horrible. Long lines at pickup, and they never bring your order out quickly on curbside. What a joke.

This store is awesome !! Store is clean and all the employees were so helpful. Special thank you to Robert,Josh, and Andrew this Management team went over and beyond to help me with my purchase of a New refrigerator. My 1st big appliance purchase from Home Depot was almost a nightmare due to the 3rd party Co.( Temco) that delivers. But Robert, Josh and Andrew cleaned up that mess, by working as a team and treating me with respect, Empathy and concern. They even went as far as lending me a refrigerator when I didn’t have one, I really appreciate all the time and effort these guys put into helping with my purchase. And because of them I will continue to shop and recommend Baldwin Park Home Depot. thank you all so very much !! I wish you all the best and hope you get Recognized for all the hard work you do!!!!
