great customer service

I had a great experience at this Home Depot store. Bill from hardware was exceptional! He answered every question that I asked (which was many) and was very knowledgeable. I felt happy with walking away with the Ridgid sander. Thanks Bill for making my experience a memorable one!

IVe been shopping in this store for around 10 years, every time I have my home project I purchase at this store, great people and staff are easy to locate.

We have been having problems with our contractor. Our home was suppose to have been completed on 07/01/2016. Our contractor told us that we should order our furnishing and appliances 45 days out. We did so and purchased them at the Baldwin Park store. The contractor started not showing up so much and he would not answer our calls or texts. We had purchased all our appliances and Evelyn in appliances had been very helpful. The store was extremely accommodating with us by pushing back our delivery date for many months because of the problems we were having with completion of our house. We then mutually decided that our stuff had to be delivered. We are so greatfull to Home Depot for helping us out.

Visit the BP Store ofen & it is by far my BEST Home Depot experience! And I visited many. Not sure if it has to do with the timing weekdays between 7a to 4p. I am use to "can't find anyone for help & when you do find someone they have little knowledge". Found great help and enough associates to customer ratio...

Pablo and Jesse provided me with such amazing service. I will never forget what they did for me today. I was working on a project for my deceased mother. Her birthday is tomorrow and I wanted to give her the best gift I've ever given her. Pancho and Jesse went out of their way to help me with my project. They basically took over the project and did it for me. They were very patient and creative, In all my years, I have never had this type of service. Alex was also very nice and attentive. Alex gave the OK to not charge me for the supplies. Triple WOW! I just know my mom is smiling at Alex, Pancho and Jess from heaven. They went above and beyond several times for me. Jesse stayed after his shift so he could work on the project with Pancho. They even finished it in a few hours. They are both worth their weight in gold. Thanks guys and thank you Baldwin Park Home Depot for hiring these guys. I'm switching my regular Home Depot store to this one. Also, I'm never going back to Lowe's. They can't beat the service Home Depot provides.

The people are polite and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. They have self-checkout stands in addition to cashiers so there is little waiting in line. Had no trouble with my return as well.

The salesperson was very helpful, good manner and fast, there was a lot of variety to choose I bought a washer machine and a dryer.
