When in the Garden Center, ask for "Rob" - he cheerfully helped me load and push and unload a flatbed with landscaping blocks, and bags of rock, and a garden cart, and while he was doing that, was able to point me to the locations inside the store where I could find landscape glue (Loctite - in the Paint Department) and weed killer. Great employee!

I purchased a refrigerator on April 4, 1018. This is the second large appliance I have purchased from this Home Depot Location. The first was a clothes dryer. I will continue to use this store for my future appliance purchases. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. I had no problem getting help and finding exactly what I was looking for.

I have been a loyal Home Depot customer since my wife and I bought our home in 2003. The recent purchase and exchange issues I had with a faucet at this location, combined with the problems I had at the De Zavala store near this location have made my family decide to take our business elsewhere. I bought a valley faucet handle to replace one that still worked, but did not look as good. Each one I replaced the old one with broke in the same exact place. Normally I would not blame what is an obvious manufacturing flaw or quality control issue on the retailer. In fact I came back to this Home Depot location despite the faucet breaking issues because the people working there are usually good to their customers. However, the last return of this item I made was because they resold me a broken faucet handle. The same one I returned just before returning the last one that broke. I always make sure to tell the customer return personnel that an item is broken and should not be reshelved. However, they simply reshelved it, and ended up wasting my time with another return.

This is a great store to shop at. What makes it great is the manager and the sales employees they are very friendly and professional in appearance and when speaking to you. They know what products they have in stock and always willing to assist in ordering what is needed and not in stock. they will go the extra mile to make you happy with your purchase.

The employees are extremely helpful. One of them grabbed a basket for me when my hands were full.

At this store the employees are always so friendly, going out of their way to assist. I prefer shopping at this store over others.

I had the pleasure of shopping your store on Saturday March 3, to look for garden items. I was very impressed with the service and attentiveness of everyone I dealt with. Damien, Johnny Martinez and the young man who was at the register all made my visit very pleasant and I look forward to going back very soon!!!! As a matter of fact I am going by tomorrow to pick up some plants Johnny recommended for my garden area! A GREAT BIG THANKS TO YOUR STORE!

Home improvement stores are mostly the same. Everyone knows this. Why choose this store? Customer service! Every time I have been here the people have been warm and welcoming. I'm an IT Manager not a handyman and they always help me quickly and with a smile. They never make me feel bad for asking questions. That is what sets any store apart. Kudos to this team!

Went to the lawn and garden section today and was impressed that they helped me to my car with 10 heavy bags of soil. At other locations I have to beg for help and at Lowes it is non-existent. Thank you Nick and Matthew for helping an old lady!

This visit to this store was excellent. They had everything on my list and with some help , I found it. When you go to a store, sometimes it does not go like that but this time it went very well. We all have enough headaches, going to Home Depot was not another headache. Thank goodness Home Depot crew did there jobs well.

This location is clean and we'll organized. The store associates are helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know about what you are looking for they take the time to find an associate that does to get your questions answered.

Store is well laid out, with seasonal and promotion items well identified, and each department marked with a big overhead sign. Employees often readily available, and with great attitude. Supports Samsung Pay, though you have to put your phone in the upper right sensor area of the credit card terminal, no visible marking, but the self-service cashier showed me. The installation service system is not very good though, they only accept "100% standard and easy" install (the type I can do myself), even if you are ready to pay a bit more for special cases (Lowe's has no such qualms), and half of their product they don't install.

I was asked by two different employees at separate times if I needed help. The first time in 20+ years that someone in a HomeDepot store has asked me if I needed help.

Bandera store in San Antonio, clean and friendly. Great service, quick shopping, in and out. Just the way it should be done. Helpful and knowledgeable sales personal. I'm there quite often.

I went into the store to look for a saw stand that had been on sale for Black Friday. I ran into Jesse in the tools section and showed him the saw stand on my phone. He checked the inventory and said the store was supposed to have two. He took me to where they were supposed to be but none there. He found them a few minutes later and took one down from a top shelf and loaded onto a cart for me. He also assisted me with my other purchases. Jesse was outstanding and is a great employee.
