I initially went into the store to pickup an online order which was delivered to this store. I had not done this before. I stood in line at Customer Service and Tea helped me. She demonstrated the procedure to follow when picking up the order from a lock box. I was very happy with her service. Upon receiving the order and before leaving I thought to check the order. I ordered 8 drawer pulls and only 6 were delivered. Once again I got in the Customer Service line and once again Tea helped me. Tea took the package, verified the order was short and immediately contacted some at another location. Within a very short period of time, Tea completed an order for 2 more of the drawer pulls and arranged to have them sent to my home. Well, I can tell you I am extremely happy with the service this employee provided. The fact that she could, with assistance from the person on the phone, correct the mistake and have the order sent to my home and the speed with which she did all this was impressive. You have a very happy customer here, thank you Home Depot for excellent customer service and a huge THANK YOU to Tea.

I have shopped at this store since it opened, and i visit it about two times a week, It is just a total mess now days it seem like no one put up stock and you have to move carts around to get to products. it seem like in the last several months i can not move my cart down the Aisle without it being blocked by restock or with carts full of product with no customers around. To get to the cutting area some time is almost impossble with all the restock on the floor. I come to the store at different times of day and seem like it always a mess.

Dani and Lori are amazing assets to this store, plenty of staff willing to help.

Personnel at this location are always very knowledgeable on the products. Their kindness in assisting, makes the trip to this location a pleasure. A well displayed and organized store.

Love it they had more then enough supplies that I need it for my home renovation project and the two associates that took their time to help me were funny and guide thru the hole time and I appreciated.

If you want to deal with knowledgeable, friendly people I would highly recommend this store!!

Wonderful Home Depot Experience on 8/23/2019 Patricia in Customer Service went above and beyond my general expectations of good customer service on Friday, August 23, 2019. First, she had an excellent attitude. Second, she was alert and helpful in finding good products. Third, she was helpful when the store motorized cart died as she got me another working cart. Fourth, she was helpful with my heavy items; which was an inconvenience for her. I parked on the opposite side of the property from the Customer Service area, yet she quickly got my items to my vehicle. Another inconvenience for her because the items were heavy. She helped me with grace and positivity the entire time she worked with me. Great week for me. Found a good handyman and received excellent care from Catricia at our local Home Depot store. I am thankful for good helpers. Thank you so much Catricia.

Everyone at this location was very helpful, but Britney (cashier) was amazing!! She helped me locate materials I needed and then happened to be the one to help me purchase the materials. I was overwhelmed and stressed and her smile and personality help to calm me and I left in a better mood with a smile on my face. Thank you to Britney! I will definitely be back and hope to see her smiling face.

easy to find items

No customer service. If you are handicapped or wheelchair bound avoid this store. Employees run and cant even help carry a bag of soil.

Employees are knowledgeable about products and location of items.

This store is clean and jas friendly associates! Their service desk is awesome and knowledgeable. If one person doesn't have the answer they will go out of their way to find someone who does. Excellence!

Staff have been knowledgeable and friendly. I've been remodeling my house and going there several times a week for items. The store manager even guiding me around the store and answered my questions about my projects.

I needed silicon grease for a plumbing job, and no Associate could be found. The HD App said 12 were in stock, but none were on the shelf. Josh went out of his way to get the product that just arrived at receiving. I'd recommend this store just because of Josh.

Usually a great shopping experience, except when the associate named Marwa is working. Horrible social skills

Everyone is just so helpful at this store. If you have a question, they most likely have the answer.

Associates in the garden section on Saturday May 4th at 12:02 are incompetent. I walked out with 2 items and went back to pay for them and not a thank you or anything. Nothing. Service has definitely dropped at this location.

Product I wanted was difficult to find, no one to help me but fellow shoppers. The one employee I found and asked for help called someone to help me but he never showed up. An hour later I finally found the replacement blade I needed but this store only had self checkout lanes with only 1 employee trying to help multiple people check out.

Although I hardly ever write reviews, but with my experience today at Home Depot, I can not but write one. Savio was awesome! Savio helped us locate the items needed and he was very resourceful by providing tips to improve our project. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. During checkout, the cashier, Lily, was also very helpful as she had to go back to the aisle to obtain the item code. She was very friendly.

Come to this store frequently. Usually have what I am looking for. Friendly employees.
