I don’t normally stop at this location, but it was on my way home and I was very pleased with the customer service. Everyone working the garden center today was smiling, offering help, and patient with everyone I saw them encounter including myself. (This was at 2pm on 3/8/23). Would shop here again.

Always have quality parts at reasonable prices

I purchased a washer with the help of Tyler and Glen they were both very informative. On pros and cons of the products. The sale delivery and haul away was a breeze. I’m so excited for my new washer. Thanks Glenn & Tony I will be driving to this location for my bathroom renovations next week as opposed to the Home Depot by my house . It was that impressionable!

Couldn't find anyone to assist me in either finding the product or paying for it. No cashiers, only credit card accepting self check out. I won't be back

They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and to me that's a truly way to treat customer.

I bought 4 sheets of plywood and 9 -2x4’s and could not receive the military discount because it was considered buying in bulk. So to get the discount I would need to buy each piece separately, that makes no sense.

Manager did not want to come speak to me regarding an online order that the store ordered incorrectly. Very rude & poor customer service

This is my regular store. They often have the products that the other box stores in my area are out of. The rental department is always on top of their products and are willing to be of service. I get the help I need to get in, get out, and get it done, at the Coursey Home Depot They are a helpful group of people working hard to help me get things done!

I go to Home Depot a lot and I have to say the cashiers are always friendly and very helpful at check out . Especially Bridgett ! Most all big box stores are short staffed and all the cashiers are short or just don’t care anymore. But the home Depot near me the staff is always friendly and helpful !!

I have shopped at this store for many years and the employees have always been very helpful. I find the quality of the products to be top notch, and the isles wide enough to never have a problem with carts or shoppers slowing me down.

I went in looking for a product and left with advice, additional information and a smile!

Teresa (or spelled Theresa) provided the very best customer service I have ever received at any home improvement stores, including this Home Depot. They were close to closing and she assisted me with kindness, professionalism, and a smile that lights up the world. She went beyond any expectations in assisting me.

Good luck finding anyone that knows anything about where things are. I only found one good employee, Miss Ola, that was super helpful and concerned that I found what I needed.

My experience and customer service at home depot (on Coursey) was amazing! Mr Steve (in flooring department) was awesome, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.

I was greeting by a gentleman upon entering and Melanie made my checkout painless!

I needed help with retrieving a pallet of better boards. At 43.00 board I’m picking thru bad boards. The limber/forklift driver “Q….” Showed no interest in helping nor did the spotter. I walked away. Bought items from something else. Spent 600.00

Their prices were better than the internet, and great customer service

Trying to keep a small business going right now is not easy but the particular Home Depot is truly a bright spot in my day. The CS reps are consistently upbeat and helpful. Curbside is so quick and saves me so much time (equals money!). Thanks HD #357

I would not recommend this location as it is severely understaffed. I wasted an hour and a half and still didn’t get what I needed. Several of the store associates were nonchalant and dismissive. The flooring Supervisor was the only person who attempted to assist. I’ll drive out of my way and spend more money elsewhere before I come back to Home Depot!!
