Generally a clean, well organized and stocked store, with friendly, helpful associates and managers.

A few do the jobs of many. Stocking shelves should be done at nighttime not during the daily rush. My pickup order wasn’t even ready and or touched!!

If you need help in the plumbing department in Bay Shore, Nestor is your guy. Helpful experienced friendly. Need more employees like him. Answered every question and helped us with all our materials. Give this man a raise!

Overall this store is is dirty. Pick up parking area is always full.

The customer service with the cashier in garden center and the self check out inside is horrible you be treated like you are ignorant

Frantz is a very hard worker need a pay raise and he know what he is doing He’s not like that mean old cranky lady that works in the paint Department

Just was up to our local HomeDepot in Bay Shore to get our Spring supply of mulch! Seamless experience and a big shout out to Oscar, Jihlal, Ciara, and Angel for the heavy lifting of our 40 bags of mulch!

The rep at the Bayshore is horrible! The paint department can’t mix colors and if they make them wrong it’s yours!

I went to 4 Home Improvement Stores for my new Kitchen Design which included taking down a wall (including another Home Depot). Sam won my business for his creativity, design, easy, friendly and communicative manner, responsiveness to emails phone calls and questions and for highlighting and applying the promotional discounts available to me from the store and the manufacturers of the cabinets and countertops. His colleague Christine was also very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and helped close the sale. Hands down the best big box store experience.

Store was well stocked but not all products had price signs. Unsure why there were no cashiers but plenty of staff on hand to assist in self checkout
