Judy and Luke turned an awful experience into a great one. When no one else was available to cut a piece of 2x4, they helped me cut a piece of wood that supports the board in the photo below. This board will be used throughout the construction industry to bring awareness to suicide prevention and mental health. From the time she heard the issue, Judy became my Shepard and she is the reason I am a loyal home depot customer.

Has to order what I needed was given a delivery date it did not arrive and still hasn't arrived

I bought a washer, very disappointed in the stock, and cannot take it home myself, so many fees were added, like the cord and water hoses.

Went shopping in store because their app hasn't been working for over 3 weeks

I bought a resin bike shed about a month ago. It didn't take long to get it. I had it shipped to the store and a man there helped me load it into my truck. I was easy to put together and works great for our bikes.

Stopped by to pick up some material for a nearby job I was trying to complete. Great greeting services from the get-go that allowed my shopping time to be fast n efficient. Came by the pro services checkout spot n was helped by a gentleman named Mike that easily guided my purchases through having a PO #. I must mention that Mike has got a great personality that made my usual working day a whole lot better! Signed me up for Pro rewards that I did not know about which helps a lot since Im a frequent shopper at the big D. Appreciate the kind services from Mike! Give that hard working man a raise! Or buy him a nice lunch or sum!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since July/2019 and have never had a bad experience. The selection is great, always find what I need, returns are a breeze, and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. On my last visit, someone offered to help, and when the snow shovel I was looking for (with a picture I had printed at home) looked out of stock, she found another person to find a recent shipment and restock immediately !! This store is always clean and organized - whoever the Manager is, he or she is really Great at their job :)

I had a therapist. Then I started working on the house..... after becoming a favorite for the people at the store and being helped so much my toy store has me feeling like I'm valued and confidence has risen to allow me to no longer need therapy!

While this store is one of the smaller ones and doesn’t have as complete a stock as some larger stores, the staff here have been extraordinarily helpful and kind, going beyond my usual experience at HD to offer construction tips, help finding the right tools, getting the perfect paint match, and making returns easy.

Found illegals roaming the parking lot looking in people's car found one period in my windows to see what it could say I'm not sure that I'm safe my vehicle safe or the contents of my vehicle are safe at this location

Terrible customer service from floor staff. More interested in talking to other employees than assisting customers.

Bear Valley Hope Depot is convenient and has everything I need to do little home projects. The employees ate pleasant and happy to assist me when I'm unable to locate an item. Thank you all for what you do.

Mark *Self Checkout: Super patient. I kept typing in the wrong pin, made a phone call to figure it out. He wasn't rude or pushy and kept the line flowing. Excellent service and kindness. Jim *Plumbing: Super helpful. Knew where to find things, helped look. The disolay was being reset and he was kind and helpful even with my repeated interruptions of what he was doing in the plumbing department.

They spent a ton of time helping me choose an appliance package within my budget with good advice on brands and features.

As a former Manager, and now a Painting & Remodeling Contractor, I really appreciate how well this store is managed. Only needed a Manager one time and he was excellent.

The choices of soil and mulch was matched only by the wonderful selection of in ground and potted plants.

Bear Valley Home Depot is one of the friendliest and cleanest stores in the Denver area. My favorite store to shop at when I need to go to Home Depot.

We have been doing a reno and have bee a constant presence at the various Home Depots around Denver. This is the only location to go to! The people here are knowledgeable and friendly and the store is very clean and well maintained. Not so at many of the other locations nearby. We are especially thankful for Sarafina the cashier and Roger Pierce at the Pro Desk. The people here try to be helpful and tend to your questions and needs. We strongly recommend this store!

Bob Avila in the plumbing department is one of your best associates. Very knowledgeable in his field and very helpful not to mention very friendly!! Plus I understand he is a military veteran! Many kudos to Bob! Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee!!
