The sotre in Bear Valley was clean, bright and the staffs were friendly, like friendly af. The amount to time for me to find my products was short and i liked it. The cashier was kinda flirting to me but I'm fine with it. Otherwise, fun fun fun at Home Depot

Like the fact that there is always carts and flat beds available in lumber department not always the case at other home depot's Thanks for doing that it helps expedite my shopping

Over all the store was clean and the associates were very helpful in to find certain Items and checkout was fast and thouro and friendly. And enjoyed the fact that an accociate asked if we needed help on the way out. I would refur Family n other members to the Local Barevally Home Depot!!!

I ordered online and the order was received and fulfilled in less than a few hours the same day. That is a big help as I sometimes can't determine online if a particular store has the item in stock. The customer service associates at checkout were very helpful and professional in their explanation of the online ordering process and in completing the purchase process. Another associate helped me find various tools and parts related to this project, and showed me the areas throughout the store to help me locate them. That was a big help, as the store was going to close in an hour and I would not have found all of that only my own in an hour. This is a great Home Depot!

David was the most helpful sales associate. He started helping us in tile and we needed help renovating our kitchen. He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. He took the time to offer advice, find products and even sent out of his way to find something for us not located in his department. He will definitely be the reason we are returning! So wonderful. Our cashier however nearly ruined the experience. She gave us one bag for a $200 order. And never once brought up the Home Depot credit card that David was telling us about on the floor. So frustrating.

How does one store or business stand out from the rest? Anyone can pay somebody to offer help to patrons walking through their doors. Bear Valley Home Depot seems to have found the ability to not only have their associates offer a helping hand, but to do it with a smile. How far a genuine smile can go. Their WILLINGNESS to help has made me a Bear Valley Home Depot loyal, return customer! I'll drive past two Home Depots to happily make my way to MY Home Depot! Gold star, Bear Valley Team! Your service is much appreciated.

Store super clean and very easy to find something good

The customer service was wonderful! Everyone was so helpful in helping me find what I need.

I was impressed with the attentiveness of the associate (cashier). I was loading OSB onto a cart right in front of the associate cashier. She must have been counting the amount of sheets I had loaded on the cart, and calculated the total price just before I arrived at her checkout. She did not even have to scan each item before she told me the total amount. Handed here the money, got the change and out the door I was. It was at a time when things were slow in the store. And not many customers in line. But she payed enough attention to me to expedite my transaction with almost zero wait time. I would not expect to have this kind of efficiency every time I went to Home Depot. The experience showed me that this associate was paying attention to the customers around her to better streamline the checkout process. Sometimes we get desensitized about poor customer service to the point we tolerate it without saying something constructive/helpful to mitigate it's negative impact upon our lives to the department that can make positive changes. With that being said, I feel that we need to magnify/publish what people are doing right as an incentive toward better service to our employers/community. Tony always goes above and beyond when helping me!

Most of you know Home depot. This store did it's usual job and upheld the Home Depot Banner. All of the things that Corporate Home Depot wants, this store provides. I got everything I could possibly expect, until I got to the check out lane. I have been in the habit of using my military card, only to find that on this day, Home Depot would only honor the military card on small price items. I bought a $300 lawn mower, and an $8 bottle of gas treatment. I got my 10% off the bottle, but not the mower. I am sorry, but this is the first time this has happened to me. I am not a happy camper.

why I was asked is Latino or Hispanic and what that had to do with anything kind of a stupid question kind of found it offensive don't think it was relative to anything in the store kind of a dumb question once again .

Always a great experience at Bear Valley Home Depot.

The garden dept associates were very helpful. The only issue was it was hard to find flowers and items - but everything had to be moved inside out of the garden department area due to Denver's unusual rain and predicted snow (and it did snow). So, the associate(s) helping me made it easier to find what I was looking for. They were readily available because they knew folks couldn't find items easy due to packing everything inside!

As contractors, we are always in this store. We always get the best service!! The Pro Desk is awesome!

I made an online order, It was ready really quickly, I went to pick it up, the associate was ready and promptly helped me finish up my order. I was in and out between 5 to 10 minutes. LaTonya was the very courteous associate that helped me. Will shop at this store again.

Kabil, the store manager got a store associate to bring a sack of potting mix to register for me since my cart was full. Catherine checked me out and was very friendly and Sharon was very happy to load my car with all of my purchases. I believe the young man who carried the potting mix bags name was Christopher.

We have shopped at HOME DEPOT stores for years, and were very impressed with the young man that helped us in the purchase of 7 trees. We had to pick them up on a very cold,rainy day. He was very personable, and eager to help. Loaded 7 large trees into our rented U-Haul pickup in the pouring rain this Sunday. No easy task. Unfortunately he was pretty wet when he finished. If all your associates were like him, you'd never have an unhappy customer.
