We remodeled and installed new carpet and laminate flooring. High quality product, great price, fantastic customer service and installers. Would do it again!

I was able to zip in and zip out with a new key. Thanks to the key kiosk. I was only there for probably five minutes.

Best store in the area… Amanda in the Cabinets area is awesome and took over our outdoor kitchen addition head on,, her CAD drawings were spot on and the install went flawless,, Melanie in the lumber area took our deck project and her CAD drawings were the same,,, both Associates found us discounts prior to checkout and that saved us a lot of money,,?

I purchased plants and they are healthy and thriving.

THE HOME DEPOT... IS MY "#1 GO TO" PLACE FOR HOME BUILDING STUFF. THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD SIMILAR PLACES OUT THERE, BUT I THINK "THE HOME DEPOT" GETS THE JOB DONE FOR ME... LOVE IT !!!

I've been here several dozen times in the last year. Every worker is so kind, so helpful, and so professional. I don't see how you can hire that many people and not make any mistakes, but they do! They only hire great people.

I went in to get paint and a few things. I get to the check out and I was asked if I wanted to try for a credit card with Home Depot. She said I would also get 25.00 off my bill. Well the computer would not let that happen even though I got the card. I was in that line for 45 minutes . I am very upset for my waiting on a 25.00 off that I never got.

Yesterday we purchased an LG refrigerator after working with Home Depot’s Appliance Specialist Jodi Johnson. She was so knowledgeable and not only answered all of our questions but raised issues we’d not have considered. She’s outstanding!

I had more trouble with their competitor than I care to mention buying a washer and dryer. Home Depot was a 180° turnaround. I will definitely go back there for my next appliance.

I visited Home Depot in Bellevue a couple of days ago and I was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was there to purchase working gloves for my team at my place of employment, and have some keys copied, and I was impressed by the amount of stock and variety of options. The staff was all very helpful and polite and my experience there was fast, easy, and delightful. I left with a smile on my face, mainly due to the excellence of the staff. I will return to this home depot for my home improvement needs every time in the future.

Marie Stacey is an exceptional employee. She helped me with flooring selections and guided me through the full process from measurement to ordering and setting up the installation. She was very responsive to my questions, had tremendous patience when the computer system was being finicky, and showed professionalism then entire way. Home Depot is fortunate to have her as an associate.

The associate in appliances who helped me, Jodi, was SO nice, helpful, and patient with me. She helped me to find what I needed and make my purchase. She was knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision or purchase. Her area was busy but she took her time to be helpful and kind to everyone and worked very efficiently. She is an asset to the team.

Maria in flooring checked stock before I got there, had it ready when I arrived, brought it to the front for me. So appreciative of her help.

Well organized. Just moved to the area and it is a refreshing experience to go to a homedepot that doesn’t have everything locked up. My old regular store had EVERYTHING locked up (even tape measures). I had to return something and the employee that helped me was fast at getting me in and out!

Typical self checkout issues, and no cashiers on duty. Two of four machines inoperative, and no one able to fix them. If you want customers to be satisfied, give them the option to check out with a real cashier.

Helpful staff with self-checkout. Clean store. Houseplants were in great shape as were the outdoor seasonal offerings.

I buy there all the time because it is the closet home repairs store but the people that made it a good place have mostly retired or quit and the replacements dont stay very long, Most are not helpful and act like they are doing you a favor to help you,

I am so grateful for my Home Depot experience! I had to return a lawn mower, and I had two small children with me. Sean (the store's manager) went above and beyond to bring the mower in the store for me, help me locate my receipt (I couldn't find my paper one), and get me a refund for the item. He was kind, patient, and just so wonderful to work with. I could not appreciate his help more!
