Store is very clean, well-stocked and employees are happy to help you find what you need.

Scot was incredible by calling other stores for an item on clearance. In addition, his personality of outstanding professionalism was addictive!

Even though HOME DEPOT was somewhat busy, Brad went out of his way to help me pick out another battery operated blower that was compatible with the batteries I already owned. He was friendly , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The Ryobi blower has been fantastic. Better than the last blower.

I was approached by Jodi Johnson. She was so attentive to my needs, knew the products and that help me make my decision to go ahead with purchase of dishwasher. I will look for her specifically when I return for a fridge. I especially like being approached. Otherwise, I feel like I'm interrupting someone.

Somebody needs to get the commercial property owner to fix the enormous potholes entering and exiting your store. I’m sure that HD pays them enough to fix it. It’s in terrible shape. Everything else about this store is excellent.

I enjoyed my experience at Home Depot. Well, with the exception of my experience in the paint section. The lady associate in the paint section was very condescending and acted like straightening the shelves and everything else was more important than helping me, the customer. Everything else was more important than answering my paint questions. She apparently didn't have the time to sell me paint. I still don't have my questions answered.

They really care for you!

I was in the cleaning aisle looking for an outdoor, hose attached, spray window wash. I have been looking for two weeks and everyone is out. Julie, an employee, was on a ladder on the other side of the aisle. She asked me what I needed. She suggested I buy a refill bottle and a separate, all-purpose, dispenser for the hose. Genius! I actually ended up saving money. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again Home Depot!

Store is tidy and neat. Able to find all that I need. If I need help, there is always someone to assist. I love the plants here! Super friendly, very helpful, will definitely return!

Had an issue with a product. Came to an agreeable resolution with the store. Will shop there again. The only place I spend more money is Kroger.

This is a great Home Depot !! Employees are always friendly and helpful ! However I am NOT crazy about allowing customers brining their dogs in the store !

Kristen at the Bellevue Highway 70 location in Nashville went way above and beyond she was VERY professional, knowledgeable and helpful with the supplies that we needed! Because of her we will be back! A very kind lady! She even walked us over to find the supplies we were looking for! We need more Kristen's in this world! Best shopping experience ever!!!!! Thank you Home Depot for hiring this fantastic, wonderful, kind lady!!!!

This is my favorite store to shop. I am an Artist and can always find what I am looking for. The staff is excellent and incredibly helpful!

If you need help with appliances - ask for Carolyne. Great employee. We always have a great time shopping at HD and prefer it over the other big box stores. Always friendly people that know their stuff and items that are well displayed and easy to find make this for a great shopping experience for those that might need the help!

We entered the store 30 minutes before closing. Needed help with 15 min left to shop. Personnel was extremely helpful . No rush. Thank you!
