I love this Home Depot, they always have what I need and the employees are always so helpful!

Neat, great smelling hardware store. Monday after noon staff was helpful to me finding a replacement shower head and plumbers tape. Appreciated disabled vet 10% discount.

This store has the best employees.

The sales person was great but I had to buy 2 light bulbs instead of one. One bulb will last me for years and the price was higher than expected. Sorry- but I went to Ace hardware and purchased one bulb for half the price.Return was easy (with sales slip)

I always visit this store. It's in a great location and the staff is very helpful, with one exception. I recently purchased an oven and the associate helping us with our buying decision was neither helpful nor friendly. She seemed very indifferent to our questions and our business.

Store was in excellent condition. Employees were very helpful, courteous and friendly. With their assistance I was able to find exactly what I needed quickly.

It is always a pleaser shopping at Home Depot on highway 70 in Nashville. Very seldom do I come away not able to find what I need or an acceptable substitute.

Sales people are friendly and helpful. The checkers are friendly and get me through the line quickly. They have enough checkers too.

The Bellevue HD store in Nashville has some of the best customer service of any store of any kind that I have ever visited. Other places would do well to take their entire staff on a field trip here to learn how to better help customers. The staff in each department are easy to find, and they are pleasant and knowledgeable. The store greeter, windows department, carpet department, doors department, garden department, appliances, light fixtures department, paint department cashiers, all GREAT.

Our kitchen design assistant was better than we ever anticipated, and her knowledge and helpfulness were over the top!! I would not hesitate one second to recommend this department in this store to any of my friends and family. We will definitely be using her suggestions and their products in our upcoming kitchen remodel.

Great service in the paint department, the store "greeter" really knows his stuff (always sends me to the correct place in the store) and the cashier was fast, and funny.

The gentleman went beyond the call of service helping me find a door hydraulic door closer. I didnt expect tat type of service

My husband, the hardworking handy man, sent me a text to get him some things he needed for the job he was working on. Being the supportive wife I texted back I would have the items delivered within an hour. I was in a panic because I had no idea what he was wanting from his text and knowing he is not the best texter. Upon arriving to Home depot, actually having NO IDEA what I was to get I showed the text to one of your associates and they were like, "Follow me it is over here." Was all set to go with no problem. Next time I have communication confusion with the hubby I may just need advise from your people. lol Thank you for helping me with my lost in translation moment and not disappointing my husband. Wives like to seen a heroes too.
