I am building a shop and house along with my wife and children. We are at HD nearly 3 days per week chasing materials for our build. HD is our preferred hardware/lumber store in Bend as the combination of a building center and garden center fits our family. The staff, especially at the checkout, are always ready with a smile and efficiency although at times the wait is a bit long. Overall we enjoy our shopping at the Bend Home Depot.

Bend , OR store #4008 might consider building out into the West lot to add a tool rental facility. The store should also stock remote bath/kitchen ventilation fans.

The store is clean and organized! The employees are helpful and knowledgeable!

We were looking for several products and found them all quickly! We found assistance in every department!

I came into the store to make a large purchase due to a sale sign that was out when I was looking. The day after I came in and the sale sign was gone so I showed the customer service rep a picture I had taken of the sign with the product. After speaking with them they did end up honoring the sale price even though the sign was gone. So I would recommend the store for anybody

Overall great experience definitely recommend going here for all your hardware accessories. Such a pleasure to shop here.

Always find the parts and items I need to do the home repairs I have to get done. Home Depot can also order for you the part(s) or items if they are not in stock. They are the " First to Go To Store "

Knowledgeable & friendly employees who are eager to help; great selection; and over-all upbeat tone here. There are closer hardware stores. I've shopped here 4 times over the month we've been in Bend and left with a smile each time. We'll keep buying here. No surprise, but my comparison points are the Home Depot stores in SF Bay Area.

This is the best store for customer service that we have ever shopped.

Nice people work here and shop here. Goo selection of stuff for professional trades, and home owner. What they also need is a tool rental department.

They close off multiple lumber aisles when the store is busy and have such cluttered aisles you cannot navigate the store. Home Depot is terrible about having cluttered aisles. Cluttered aisles fit the philosophy of the store which is minimal customer service.

I have shopped at Home Depot over Lowe's for years, both in Central Oregon as well as the Portland and Salem areas. I have been into the Bend Home Depot four times in the past year, and every time have received customer service from cashier, from the lumber guys, the garden department and once also in the paint depeartment, that was rude and impatient. I stopped in today again, out of convenience, however after receiving such bad service again, I will not shop at this store again. If in Bend on the North end, I will chose Lowe's, or instead shop the Redmond Home Depot, where customer service has always been great! The Bend store has work to do to improve the way their associates work with the customers.

Perfect in every way for me!

Went in to buy paint and take advantage of the Memorial Day Savings! Danielle & Patrick were working the paint counter and they were swamped! They worked together as a team and were courteous and efficient! I have not seen people hustle like that in a long time. Great Job!

I always feel welcome and I'm a le to easily find what I am after. The check out time is fast and efficient and friendly. I would recommend it to everyone I know.

Items are often not stocked so you have to get someone to use a forklift or ladder to get overstock boxes on the upper shelves. Hard to find someone to help you. Male employees are often patronizing to women. Would have given them 1 star, but gave them an extra star for being dog friendly. Lowe's down the street is much better.

My husband and I purchased a BBQ this morning which was consumer report rated top . For $269.00! Matt and the Garden Department Lady were Very helpful and genuinely very kind. We appreciated them loading the grill and helping out with our purchase!

Staff, with good humor, was very helpful.

Rob, at the Return desk, was extremely helpful.

We buy almost all our home appliances at the Bend Home Depot because of the ease of shopping there and their prices. Lots of staff are available if you need to find which isle your item is on, lots of knowledgeable staff to answer questions and the prices are as good or better than competitors. Plus, if you have a military card they give you another 10% discount. We purchase garden, lawn, appliances, lumber and a multitude of other items at the Bend Home Depot because it's easy, great pricing, easy returns and we've never had anything close to a bad experience there.

Great store. Clean and neat. Employees are all helpful especially the gentleman working in the electrical department and the employees in the paint department. All of them were very knowledgeable and helpful.
