Judith, cashier at checkstand 6 was very dismissive and cavalier when denying my inquiry about a military discount on Veterans day. Apparently "only serving four years" is insignificant to her and the almighty Home Depot. I felt so insulted that after completing my purchase, I promptly returned the item. I won't shop here again.

Always love going to Home Depot for our needs. It's like going to a candy store for the home :) Employees are friendly and helpful, assisting us to find what we really need for our project. The store is busy and kept clean, working on any spills as they happen

The store and Cheryl Hartman was really helpful, we have bought there before, and we never had any complaints , Good people, and Good Store.

Over the last 2 years, I've purchased a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Both times the service was prompt and knowledgeable and the inventory was better than any other store.

Unfortunately I had a really negative experience with the paint department. It was clear that it was very busy, so I had all the intention to be patient with the one employee working. This store should absolutely have more employees available to help in the paint department if it gets busy. This one employee was totally overloaded with things to do, and was short and irritated with customers. When asked for my paint order, she was rushing and provided inaccurate information regarding quantity, sheen, and quality of the paint. I gave exact square footage, and per my calculations needed 1-2 gallons of paint. She told me I should absolutely get 3. When I questioned this, she insisted I need 3 gallons. I am almost done painting this room and haven't even opened the second gallon. So that's up to $50 gone to waste, and just a waste of materials, too. After placing my order, I decided to go back and make it 2 gallons just a few minutes later because 3 seemed absurd to get. The employee was nowhere to be found. And, instead of 15 minutes like she said, it was almost 30 minutes before my paint was done. I am newer to painting, and it could've made a big difference to be able to ask questions, be given accurate information, and have employees available and kindly willing to do this.

The store is always well stocked, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is always neat and clean. If your a Pro - Highly recommend working with this ProDesk Team! Tam, Nancy, Alex, and Lupe kill it every day keeping us moving and on to the next job. We couldn't do what we do without them.
