Rob in lumber departmeit's awesome he helps whenever I come in he always makes time and if it's something that is not in his area he tells me to go exactly where it is which saves me a whole lot of time and money and I like that rob is an asset to the store

Masey, Josh and Nancy in particular were AWESOME. Very friendly, and made sure they helped me with anything I needed. The employees at this store are great!

Apparently, shoppers assume buy the battery pack and charger, get the tool free means ALL the tools. Or, they put tool in the bins that aren’t covered. While ringing me up, Nancy noticed the tool I picked wasn’t covered. Someone left it in the bin, and being in a hurry, I thought it was. Good catch. I’ve been coming to this store since I moved here in 2008. Nancy remembers me, greets me, and has always shown the highest standard of customer service. When my furnace blew up some years back, I was there seven times in one day getting plumbing parts. I think she even cried with me that day. Great employee, if I owned a business, I would want my employees to be just like her.

Nicole in your bath section was very helpful she helped me pick out a new countertop with the color sample of the floor I brought in without Nicole and Rebecca I would have stood there for hours trying to decide

I saw her handle an inexperienced shopper before me and made her feel comfortable and secure in her purchase. Nancy then got us out of there quickly and friendly.

Walked in apprehensive, unsure and with a ton of questions/concerns and left happy and confident about the patio french door I ordered thanks to this amazing human and the staff in this department. In spite of my lack of knowledge about the door, I was never made to feel insecure asking questions regardless of how insignificant they were to the process. Patience was extended as was kindness and...a smile! Rarely do you experience that in this day, age and climate. The door has not arrived yet, so I can't speak to it but if it is half as beautiful as it is in the photos, my little row-home kitchen will look like the mini farmhouse I always hoped to live (and cook) in!

Always have a great experience in getting assistance from employees in the aisles and at the registers. Customer service has always been amazing with helping me resolve any issues. Tool rental is always great!

Gary, an employee in the electrical department, at the Bristol Pike Bensalem PA store, went above and beyond when he listened to my desire to light up our front lawn. He spent time explaining every item I needed and showing me how to set up perfect accent lighting. Customer Service above any other big box store.

This store is clean and bright as well as a great place to take care of home design needs. The shelves are full of products for a person to purchase. The staff is pleasant and caring when taking care of your needs. The staff has great knowledge about store products. They definitely will walk you through your design needs and steps to complete your home improvement.

Excellent customer service in the yard /tools isle! Thank you Mike, he helped me pick out a weed trimmer, an attachment for blowing leaves, garden items, and I think he worked in the grill section! He knew enough, and walked us through I was there on 5/27/21, apx 5:00pm, my husband and I @1336 Bristol Puke, Bensalem Pa!
