I enjoy shopping at Home Depot #1252 because the employees are always cheerful and knowledgeable and the products are almost always well stocked.

the clerks and customer service were able to assist me with finding the items I was looking for and able to answer all questions I had. Great workers..

This is my "go to" for everything home improvement / remodel related. I always find the employees extremely helpful & knowledgeable.

I always have an easy time shopping at this store. If I need help the employees are very knowledgeable and if not they find someone who is. I really like the new isle and bay set-up.

My second home. We love the close proximity of this store to our house and use Home Depot almost exclusively for our home improvement needs. In the past 4 years they have sold us our stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, HVAC system, Garden tractor, snow blower, etc., etc. If they weren't "all that" I'd go elsewhere, but they are, so I won't.

I was very happy with the service that I received at this store. Please look out for Mr. Nate Harley if you are looking for appliances. He was very patient and attentive and went into great detail with me about the various benefits and features of the appliance that I was looking for. I appreciated this very much.

I give this store high marks. I shop there often. One thing that makes this store stand out is customer service. Most of the staff are willing to reach out to help, even without being asked. They seem to be trained in detecting the look on a customer's face when they are not sure about something and just appear at the right time. Recently I was looking for some interior paint and could not determine which of the many variations to choose. Just them a paint guy appeared and instantly help me decide which was best for me. The cashiers are also so very helpful. Good work!

The Home Depot in Johnson City NY is hands down the best home improvement warehouse in the triple cities. The management team is amazing. Department staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Pro desk and customer service is fast The staff reaffirms dedication to serve with every visit

Super shopping experience. Everyone is always willing to help! I've been to the other big hardware store and the customer service between the two, Home Depote always ranks top. the Depote is the place for your home needs!

Store is always clean and product arrangement is logical and accessible.

I'm disappoint that this store has removed the reserved parking for disabled veteran/veteran that it once had. I really appreciated that this store provided a spot and made me a regular customer. I wish they would bring it back. The only other disappoint I have with this stores is that they don't provide a tool rental service.

I really like to go to this place, for all my project, the people are great, and I always find everything that I looking for.
