The store was clean, the Customer Service was the best. I did not have to wait for an associate to assist me. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful in picking out the items which I needed.

I have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. The employees have always gone out of their way to help me with whatever it is that I need. As busy as they are, they would walk me to what I am looking for and make sure I don't need anything else. Even when I'm not sure what exactly I need, they would listen to my problem and come up with a solution. Great customer service!

I was surprised they had wardrobe boxes and other boxes available. Always had assistance to reach for boxes that were too high for me to reach. The Super Tough IRONFORCE ape was excellent to seal boxes. Store was neat and clean.

This store is always neat and clean. The employees are always willing to assist and/or direct you. The lumber is better than the lumber from the other name brand store in Vestal; and prices are better in most cases. I have been a customer for 15 years.

Aisles are crowded and finding someone in millwork is often a chore.

It is the only Home Depot within 30 miles so if you need an item they sell you are stuck. Purchasing large sheet goods is terrible - they have the 3/4" plywood stored 5 feet above the ground and then no associates are available to help load your cart. Purchased paint yesterday - Melissa was way more interested in getting her Dunkin order right and talking with friends then mixing my paint. Wish there were better options, that might explain why they really don't care about service, so stuck going to Johnson City Home Depot until something better comes along.

You are lucky to have the a first rate competent sales team. It's like old home day at the Depot.

We are putting on a deck and found that Home Depot had a much better selection of what we were looking for than Lowe's so we ended up purchasing everything at Home Depot. The only thing we found difficult was finding a clerk when we had questions.

She also checked me out, she started me out in the right way to find my list the search which was helped by multiple associates finding what I was looking for including Monica, dan, and Holt? ( tall dark gentleman)

As always, a great experience at Home Depot. I had a long list of items I needed or was researching for future projects, and the staff was very helpful in finding answers!

Why did you get rid of the pager system(I hit a button and staff is paged to the isle I am in). It would make customers happier (don't have to hunt down an associate) and you could gather data as to when more help is needed in specific departments and at what times. Silly me...help the customer and gather data as to sales & staffing.

I usually end up at Home Depot if I am getting ready to work on a project. I have a lot of hobbies, from woodworking and cabinetry to costume and set design. I always seem to find the things I need at this store. I also strongly recommend using the Mobile App when you are at the store. If you are looking for something specific you simply search for it on the app and it will tell you which isle and bay the item is in and how many are in stock.

Had a problem finding a product. Store aisles could be marked better. Fortunately, a store associate was able to lead me to the right area.
