This is a great Home Depot to shop at.

I came in to buy 3 air conditioners. I had to get a non worker to help load them to a cart, then I had to load them into the vehicle by myself. I was not asked by the cashier if I needed help loading.

Ordered $1600 of kitchen counters/flooring for a project. Delivery scheduled Monday. Manager Nathan says sorry nobody pulled the items. Tuesday, lied to again, told manager isn't in just before manager got on phone. Delivery was split into 4 different trucks because inventory at store was incorrect and we're still waiting on the 4th truck. 2 days paying labor for nothing. Overall 4 different people represented themselves as the manager (not asm).

I’ve always found what I needed at this store and the staff are friendly, professional, and considerate.

The two service representatives I dealt with displayed a sincere desire to assist me with my questions and needs.

Employees always seem like you are invisible here. Don’t know here products are in the store or the products are not in stock just online for simple things.

No assistance for old people and when requested assistance was told cannot help/ must do cuttting with a dull handsaw by ourselves.

I have not used my bbq grill yet but I will soon. 🤠

Amazing place to shop!!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. When I got to where I needed to be, I was greeted by an employee, Key Key Harris, in the doors department. She was the sweetest, most helpful employee I’ve ever encountered!! I will definitely look for her every time I’m back in there even if it’s just to say hello!!

It’s all about the value Home Depot does not give any discount

Love shops g at bossier found the associates have come to my help

Within<hours 7 the 7last 10 - 12 months, I've had to replace 2 water well pressure tanks, several pressure switches, she encompassed plumbing. Both times I've been assisted by the same gentleman. He's top notch, can't remember his name, now, for the life of me. Never had a bad experience at this store and I go there no less than once a week.

I spent over $7000.00 on quartz from her, and I feel I got a great deal. She is wonderful to work with.

Mangers are Great Antione and the female manger took care of my problem

Don't skold me for not making the self check out machine do it's job.

This visit was actually better than the last. Hopefully the crew can eventually get it together.

Poor customer service.

Everyone at the Bossier City store was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in assisting me with an order pick up, a return, an order I'd had shipped that didn't include all of the items on the packing list, and getting me the products I needed or suggesting professionals to talk to about the products I might need for a special project.

Easy assembly. Brandon was very helpful in finding my item and answering all my questions.

Ray customer service was awful and he was rude . No one told me about the lawn mower i purchased and it says self propelled and it is most definitely not . I wish I had someone to tell me which lawnmower to get now I’m 400$ with junk as a lawnmower.

I was looking for electric water heater elements and the element wrench. The associate took me directly to the shelf and waited to ensure I found what I needed. He pointed out the new Hybrid Heat pump water heater. It was fun to hear about it.

So far this store has been customer friendly for me

I found everything I needed and at a good price, but if you need help loading it in your truck or on a trailer good luck if you go there after 6 in the afternoon
