Just purchased a dishwasher today. It was an online item and not one available in the store. Your associate #VLP1038 was incredible. She found the dishwasher online that I was looking at. There were none in the store so she had to order it for me. Not only did I get the best buy online orice, I also got your buy more get more coupon for an extra 10% off all because of your associates wonderful customer service.

Renee my associate was the best I've had at any home improvement stores please think about using her to train everyone.thanks so much.

As the Director for the Fuller Center of Housing Webster Parish we use the Home Depot for most all our needs. The prices are right and the service is excellent.

Associates were available on several aisles to assist with questions during my visit.

Overall it is a great store. I visit the other stores in the Shreveport/Bossier area but this is the main store I visit even though I live in Shreveport. I go to the other stores out of convenience. The associates need to be more readily found with a higher level of knowledge of the store and the merchandise.

Need to make sure store employees are educated on products that are sold. On the phone they told me they did not have the product, but did?

When I walked into Home Depot in Bossier City I was somewhat excited. I was going to replace my Riobi Drill that my wife has purchased many years ago. Immediately upon arrival into the store an assistant was by my side offering to help me find what I had come for. Not only did she personally take me to the product, she gave me detailed information - kind of like a tutorial - and upgraded the sale because the Riobi Drill/Driver set was on sale and I was able to purchase the kit. I was elated at being able to purchase both items (along with the battery charger and kit bag) at a $40. savings. Great day and great experience!

The store is well organized. The aisle are not clutter . Merchandise is accessible. All prices are legible and the aisles are well labeled. The aisles are wide enough to made turns with my purchase. The store is well stocked with a variety of merchandise. The sales clerk was very friendly on check out.

Regardless of what I am looking for, there is always someone available to assist me. The product options are ample and I have always found what I need for every project. Great shopping experience.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT IN THE BOSSIER CITY EVERY SINCE THEY OPENED AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IF I NEED HELP, THE STORE IS LAID OUT SO YOU CAN FIND THINGS...I PURCHASE THINGS FROM PLANTS TO PVC AND MANY THINGS IN BETWEEN...IT MEANS A LOT TO HAVE SUCH HELPFUL STAFF...
