I came in at the end of my workday to purchase five 5 gallon buckets of paint in different store's color. The associate in paint (John) was very helpful in finding the right paint that I needed and in mixing the 25 gallons of paint for me to match my color. I also purchased 3 garbage disposals while he was mixing the paint and after the gentleman working by the pro desk offered to and loaded my paint and disposals into my vehicle, I was done in under 20 minutes. Thanks for the fast, thorough, and friendly service!

As I entered the store Wendy told me she thought I looked like I could use some help. She was right! She immediately took me to the various locations of all the items I needed and even guided me to the coupon books and found two that provide some additional savings. Friendly, helpful and courteous! What more does a customer want? Great shopping experience!

Out of product...had to wait in a long line for help just to did out product was out of stock!...ignored at service desk...had to make 2 ..over 60 miles each ...trips... Had to have painters come a 2nd day ..costing us more. Very frustrating! Will not do business at this Home Depot again!

We needed a lot of help to find everything we needed and got all the help we needed and than some.

Always have lots of workers around to help with finding things and helping with selection based on my needs. Everyone is always friendly. Love the order on line and ship to store for pick up.

I have always had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. The store associates will drop whatever they are doing to help you and or find someone who can answer your question. I am quite obviously pregnant, and store associates offered assistance loading my cart and car without me having to ask. Excellent service!

too much stuff in the product aisles and the main aisles

I want to thank the young guys in the paint department. I went there a couple days before I was gonna make a few big purchases. I am remodeling our house. This guy knew his job. Helped me with the many questions i had. Even though I wasn't purchasing that day. He was happy to answer all my questions. Then i thought I would check menards and their prices.. well a long story short, I got no help at menards and i left my cart full of paint supplies, cause no one would help me get paint. So i left and i went to Home Depot and got everything i needed with some very friendly and knowledgeable people.. I have been to home depot 4 times in the past 8 days and very happy customer every time. Customer service was A+++ Paint Department knows their JOB!! Thank You I also got great help from the flooring department. Will be back in about 4-5 days to get more supplies for my house!!

Great store don't bother going to toledo stores bg store has great morning employees who can help you get what you need and get out.

Was looking for a tool box on wheels. In the tool department and saw that those prices were way out of my budget. John came over and asked if he could help, told him what I wanted and he immediately knew where to find what I was looking for. (I was very impressed!) He loaded it in my cart, helped me with check-out and loaded it in my truck. He was even able to get me a discount! Very good experience!

Store is beneficial to the city, however in the past an associate was not available in the paint dept. and had to wait for one to be found.

There are always a lot of store associates to help and they all ask if you need anything while you're shopping.

They didn't have a 16 x 16 x 1" air filter but absolutely everything else about the visit was top notch. Got a really nice Milwaukee magnetic tape measure.

I was in to purchase paint for my new home. I purchased 17 gallons of paint, the associates in the department not only worked together to help me but assisted other customers while continuing to work on my order. Thanks, so much for being so helpful and understanding!!

Went in to purchase a new grill and received exceptional help in getting the one I wanted. The sales staff even recommended some accessories I had never heard about that ended up being fabulous. While checking out, the cashier, Sarah, was wonderful. I didn't have my HD credit card with me and the store's computer system was down so she had to go through a few hoops to get my transaction completed. It took awhile, but she was very pleasant the whole time. Everyone has always been fantastic is providing assistance each time I've shopped.
