The store was clean and plenty of products in stock. The employees were very helpful.

This Home Depot store is located in a small town and has a small town atmosphere with warm and friendly folks working there. The staff is always willing to answer your questions and help you find things that you can't find yourself. The store is well stocked which means less traveling to competitor stores to find things. During this trying time with the deadly covid 19 virus, Home Depot and their employees appear devoted to proving a safe and healthful environment to shop.

I've only been in this store 5 times in last 10 years. I do most of my shopping in Severier Tennessee. It has the same la-out so I have no trouble finding things.

I had a horrible experience at this store about 2 yrs ago and had not been back until 2 days ago. I'm very glad to say they have clearly changed things for the better! Much better! Every single employee was supremely pleasant and helpful in a very meaningful way! If I get back there and see that this is consistent I'd change my review to 5 stars. The only minor downside was the placement of displays in the middle of the main aisle. They were not centered, so it was a super-tight fit with my cart on one side of that aisle.

I interacted with 4 different employees over the course of my visit, and all went above and beyond to help me with my project.

The employees are great and very respectful, Rosie, Devyn, Roger are just a couple I was helped by. The front manager Kim, shoulder length strawberry blonde hair, is the rudest disrespectful person I ever met there. If she stays there I will take my business to another chain.

An employee lied to me about the amount of time I had to receive a price adjustment. We won’t be returning. She insinuated that I might rip them off. I had my receipt!

The staff at Home Depot are always for helpful and friendly, which makes working on house projects/repairs less stressful.

Picking appliances can be stressful but Becky made the whole process smooth and easy. She let us know about a sale that was going to go on in the next three days that saved us almost $1,000. She was patient with us picking out what we wanted and then keeping an eye on the price for us. I definitely recommend going to see her.

It is always such a pleasant experience when shopping at my local Home Depot. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. And are willing to offer different ideas/suggestions on projects that I am working on. Finding items in the store is easy to find, signs are everywhere to make it easier to find what you're looking for. The store is always clean.
