Always friendly and very helpful staff, Kathy and Mark at the contractor check out are very fast, helpful, friendly and very respectful. I appreciate Home Depot honoring my military service with the 10% discount and when your employees thank me for my service. These are the things that keep me coming back. Your employees are always trying to help us every way possible from the minute we walk in the door to the minute we leave. Me and my employees greatly appreciate them respecting our time and helping us get through as quickly as possible.

The store employees are always very helpful and if they don’t know the answer to a question, they will find someone who does. We recently ordered granite countertops, and Tom, the store associate, was extremely helpful and found us the best price.

The staff was helpful and friendly. It made me feel that they had my interest in mind.

This is a great store. Helpful and knowledgeable employees. We are always pleased to have Kathleen check us out. Her smile sets the tone for our day. Don & Ron in plumbing are very good at helping when we are not sure how to hook something up. A pleasure to shop here!

Delivery stinks, my delivery was canceled twice, not sure any one cared, had to cancel the order altogether. There is a lot of competition out there for appliances. I’ll go somewhere else. Signed Wet clothes

Since this Home Depot is at a distance from my home, I seldom shop there. Since they are the nearest Andersen Window dealer, I visited this store to order some replacement window sashes. Getting the order placed, communications/confirmations, and order pick-up were the BEST I've ever had. A SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE culture resides there! Associates were all friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful beyond what I usually experience, patient, and efficient.

I've have never experienced the pleasant atmosphere of any home depot store I've ever been to like I do at bowling green Ohio store.. staff are always pleasant and asking if I need help, always willing to help when I ask

There is always someone to help me either find a product or give a recommendation of a product.

The store was clean and the staff were friendly but I find myself shopping at similar business more now that home Depot doesn't offer the veteran's discount everyday for all veterans. That other business still offers the discount everyday so I find myself in their stores more often

Great Store , great employees , clean

Clean store, friendly and helpful emploees. Always have what I'm looking for.

Some employees were friendly and helpful, some were not. Cashier was friendly and helpful. She seemed very hard working. I believe her name was Kathy. Store could be improved by sweeping and tidying it up a little. Main aisles need to be opened up a little so customers can get around better. Also, product I was looking for was out on the shelf. All in all I like HD. Just wish this store was better organized. Maybe I just was there on a bad day. I live about 40 miles away and we don't have a local HD anymore in our local area. Wish I could have been more positive about my visit.

The mulch was on sale and the clerks were VERY HELPFUL in the garden center. Will go back.

Was sold doors that took 5 weeks to get 4 came in wrong manufacture fault new doors were ordered never told to bring back junk ones so threw them in landfill now being charged for junk doors that took 5 weeks to get and sent to collections for not paying for junk doors talked to manager said he would take care of problem he never took care of it!!!!!!

To finish my story -- The Assistant Manager said he didn't have to give us a discount. He could pack it up and send it back and get a full refund. I said, well, this is last year's model. He grinned and left the service area. Before he left, I told him he didn't want to sell us a mower from the get go. He left us, didn't know anything about the mowers and was condescending. I believe because I am a women, he treated me this way. I was encouraged by the staff to write this review because he is not a good Manager. I hate to say this, but I got the feeling he thought he is untouchable because he is a black man. We were at the BG store for over two hours. We went to Rossford and had a mower purchased and loaded in 20 minutes. Much better service. I won't be shopping at BG again and I previously purchased many items there.

Really enjoy the store. The staff is very friendly and always have a warm greeting. Great product knowledge.

If you are an older female in need of lumber, be prepared to handle it by yourself. The staff is much more interested in flirting with the younger customers and staff to be bothered with assisting you. You will need to track down someone to get them to help.

I have been to other similar stores before and at Home Depot in my opinion has the BEST employees. No matter who you come up to for help, they know where to find what you are looking for no matter what department it is in. The others tell me it might be in this department, Not At Home Depot. Awesome people. Helped problem solve and made visit very satisfying. Got exactly what I needed, but had to have some assistance from the great employees to make it happen. Nothing to do with store, but brand issue. Still got end result was hoping for.

Great store ,

Went to get some wood for a project in my new home. needed to get it cut to size . The store had some precut pieces and I picked out some plus a 4x8 sheet. The employee helped me , with a smile and also helped find the right screws in a smaller amount rather than a larger box. The employee who cut it was friendly , polite and helped me by getting everything I needed and by using a different piece which saved me $ 15.00. The store was very clean and everything I needed was easy to find. The cashier was also friendly and polite. Home Depot can be very proud of the employees at their store here in Bowling Green , Ohio.

I'm not handy at all. Every time that I have needed something in here, someone helped me find the item and suggested something related. (ex: a mask to go w/the paint suit) They helped load the "monster" size bag of snowmelt into my car.
