We just bought this handheld, cordless pruner and love it. The employee who helped us (Kodiak) was excellent and helped us make a decision. We will definitely be back. You just can't find customer service anymore, and this is about the bests we have ever had.

Austin picked up my call, went and found the item in the store, brought it back to the Service Desk, and held it there for me. This was a $10 item. Even though the Service Desk was very busy, this showed me the great importance Austin, and Home Depot puts on customer service. Well done.

She stepped right in to help me before I could ask, and did so with a delightful smile and pleasant voice! What a"breath of fresh air"! What a positive attitude! If I were not retired, I'd hire her in heart beat!
