Ali was very nice to us and personal.

I was buying single tiles and most of them did not have a SKU. My cashier went out of her way to find the numbers to make my purchase easy.

My cashier, Bridgette, offered to check me out (I had a handful of items) in the self-check- out lane. She stepped right in to help me before I could ask, and did so with a delightful smile and pleasant voice! What a"breath of fresh air"! What a positive attitude! If I were not retired, I'd hire her in heart beat!

We had such a great experience here! We’re closer to Helena but they didn’t have what we needed so we made a trip to Bozeman. It was really busy on a Saturday and we got asked by multiple workers if we needed any help. All the workers were wonderful, positive a d at least acted happy to be there and help. They went out of their way to get us the perfect cabinet, in the most complicated location and were super kind. The gal at the register was very sweet! Jimmy is a ray of sunshine and radiates positivity throughout the store “every days a good day!” Thank you Jimmy, you made our day! Luke and Rachel

I came to the store for my boyfriend to get some supplies for a construction job. He's doing. Vince and Kelly M as well as the rest of the staff, but those two in particular went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience and we will definitely continue using Home Depot in Bozeman.

I needed help figuring out how much carpet I needed to buy, I only had the 12x18 measurement. I couldn't find anyone to help me so I walked up to the paint counter and asked for some math help. Simon was kind enough to help me. 12 x 18 / 9 = your square yards. Simon left the paint section (he had someone cover him) and walked me to the carpet aisle. I picked a carpet and Simon proceeded to get the roll prepared to measure, cut, and wrap in plastic for easier transport. Simon walked me to the check-out counter with the carpet, I retrieved my vehicle, and Simon helped me load the carpet and tied it down, as it was sticking out of the back of my vehicle (a little bit). Simon definitely went above and beyond to help me during this visit to HD. I have traveled to 55 countries, teaching employees how to communicate with customers and how to create exceptional customer service experiences. Simon is awesome & definitely made today a positive, fun HD visit. Thanks, Simon!

Just wanted to say I was impressed by John in Flooring!

Today was another great experience. I had quite a few items to shop for as we just moved into 100-year-old larger farmhouse in the country. The staff were incredible, from matching paint to finding fixtures, to small bolts and other accessories. Each person made my trip easy and fun! I can't express how wonderful I felt coming out with almost everything I needed!

I wish I could get the kind of service I get at Home Depot at all business!!

Perry the plumber, is GREAT! He is there Thursday - Sunday, and well worth your commitment to this Bozeman Home Depot. It makes me go back to Home Depot to get other things besides plumbing. So appreciated to help a DIY person like me get a re-model done and he gives me confidence and listens well. Highly recommend. Of course, like all places in Bozeman, not enough folks who want to work. To the workers at HD, and everywhere else in Bozeman, thanks for working. It keeps the world going around.

On my most recent visit we had not one, not two, but three employees that were a delight to interact with and tremendously helpful.

Just bought an LG refrigerator. Our sales rep was Glenda Elkins. She was pleasant, attentive, plain-spoken (which we greatly value), and very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We came from Butte, Montana, with our list of items. We were successful at finding every single item on our list, plus some. Home Depot is always our first choice.

Of the five appliances I purchased in the last month,THREE were bad and either had to be replaced or new parts ordered to make them work! All were made in China. I have replaced with made in USA, but this was a horrible experience!

Nick was courteous and helpful. He helped me load 20 bags of mulch.

Terrible service Arrogant management

The staff here has always been very helpful and friendly helping me with my needs. If they don't have it they can order it to the store pretty quick or you can get free shipping by ordering at Homedepot.com. I just ordered an ac unit the wasn't in stock and the had a unit shipped to the store in a week and loaded it in the truck for me. Now if I could just get you to install it ! :-)

The staff is great at this Home Depot location. Naomi helped us find a great tool box and guided is through all our options. Thank you.
